Had a problem with a shipment Contacted BPH via email and got a very quick response. Got a follow up call from Brad shortly after. He took care of everything in a very short time.
Would definitely use BPH again. 10 out of 10.

Showing prices in Euro was a little bit tricky, but since it was cheaper to install it myself that having to get e technician to install it (because I could not get the part anywhere else) I saved some $$
And I logged in from Quebec, may be you site believe that French language is from Europe.

Where were you logged in from when visiting the website?
Our platform should automatically convert to the 'local' currency of your IP address, so if you were located outside of Canada (or VPN via another country), it is possible you were shown non-CAD prices. If you were in Canada and not using a VPN service, please do send us further information via email, as that should not be the case!
We look forward to hearing back from you and investigating why you had to convert currencies from Euros back to CAD!

Does not respond to customer support or pre-sale inquires. Questionable what type of post-sale support I can expect. Only went with them because they were marginally lower then competitors. Hoping I do not regret.

HRV System Wireless Timer
I have a HRV system in my home and the wireless timer stopped working. The company that installed the system would not let me order a new timer, instead wanted a service call to diagnose the problem, order the part and then another service call. I found BPH Sales on line and contacted them about the model number. Riley was so helpful in responding quickly to my email and I was able to order the part, have it delivered quickly and I was able to sync it with the system and it worked perfectly. This company saved me a lot of money and time!
