I ordered a bauerfeind knee brace for a reasonable price.

Unfortunately the knee brace didn’t hold up and the inside material gave in relatively quickly. I contacted Braceyourself and their customer service team had the issue resolved quickly and with ease.

I was taken by surprise at just how good the customer service was from Jeff. It's rare these days. I called in to check if they had the product in stock before I made the order online. Jeff was very helpful over the phone and quick to respond on emails. I received my order the next day as promised. I don't usually make a fuss of things but given it was a premium product at a premium price I noticed that the product may have been used before. I sent a photo to Jeff and queried it with him. He got back to me the same evening and offered to send me a replacement ASAP as he had just had another delivery. I would definitely purchase from this company again.

Having tried locally without success on 22nd Dec to urgently obtain an ankle brace and being told it would be in January , I contacted Brace -Yourself by phone. Geoff was exceptionally helpful and the next day a delivery company delivered my brace. Truly exceptional service/ would not hesitate to recommend this company.

I can't thank Jeff enough from Brace-yourself for his amazing service. I was visiting family in the UK from Ireland and as I only had a short delivery window, Jeff organised for my fantastic GenuTrain support to be shipped and delivered for a next day delivery. There was a slight delivery hitch which was out of Brace-Yourself hands Jeff sorted the problem right away and the order was delivered the following day. Will certainly use the company again. The product bought is doing the job perfectly. Would give 6 stars if possible
