The Bracelayer product seems quite good, my wife likes the support it gives her sore knees. The customer service is rough at best. Initially all you get is an AI bot that is not helpful. When you request to speak with a live person, that never happens. If you are lucky you get additional email exchanges with what appears to be a live person. I requested that they call me three times and no one ever bothered to call. I would rate the product a 5 but the company and their support a 1.

I would like to thank Bracelayer customer support for helping to work through the shipping problem we encountered. My husband’s Bracelayer pants went to Georgia instead of Colorado.

Once we discovered the error, they shipped us a new pair in less than 10 business days. Now, he just needs to get out and see how they move and support.

Good product design, terrible manufacturing quality. Stitching came out on first use of Bracelayer pants. With stitching unraveling, the pull string does not work, and other stitching tears when pulling pants on. I emailed company through their web site Contact Us page to complain and never got a response.

The material feels high quality. I've not used it yet, but I'm exchanging it for my size. The sizes run small. I'll update this review after I receive the item in the right size. I'm posting this review as of now as I just paid 37 bucks to return the items to Canada (I'm based in the US) and you'd have to bear the cost of returns. In addition to this, I had to head down to the post office so that I could fill out the customs declaration form. If I had known better, I'd probably not buy from them.
