This is a fake company. They take your money and do not deliver the product. Shame on you bracesy.com. Good luck explaining yourselves when your time is up.

I purchased an item 15/1/21. I received a message on the website saying my order had been accepted and I'd receive a text/ email to confirm my order and details when it would be dispatched etc... To-date I've received no information, there is no customer service contact number to ring to follow up on my order. I've emailed and had no response. I've tried emailing again to request
a refund as the money has left my account. I'm hoping this isn't one of those sites that take your money and deliver nothing 🥺 I'm not overly impressed so far.

I ordered a month ago, my credit card was charged, have emailed them 6 times requesting info on delivery status and requesting a refund. Totallly ignored. Do not use them, this is a scam.

No correspondence on purchasing back brace. No phone number to ring, no reply to numerous emails. Do not use this company.

They're happy to take your money for an order from the website but then to not send the actual product nor even a confirmation email. 100% scam, avoid at all costs

My order just has arrived after 2 months since i ordered it. They just drop-ship it from china, so you get the product in generic bag without any instructions or user manual. Recommend using a credit card to pay so you can make a chargeback if order didn't meet delivery timeframes given on website .

I ordered a brace in November 2020. I received a notification about 3 weeks later to say my order has just been shipped. It never turned up. I have tried several times to contact the company but I can’t get anyone to respond to my emails. I do not recommend buying from them at all.

Ordered one in dec of last year and when i email the 2 emails they gave out i got no awnser, and theres no way to cancel order. pretty sure scam and are fruad, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been wearing this for a few days now, and I have to say, I'm super hopeful. I sit at a computer all day for work, and my posture has really suffered from it. From the moment I put this on, I could feel my shoulders being guided back. It's not painful at all and is surprisingly comfortable. I wear it for about 30 minutes at a time, a few times a day (usually while I'm at the computer, because that's the time I most need to pay attention to whether I'm slouching). The only discomfort I feel is from my muscles themselves being retrained to hold the correct posture. The straps are easy to adjust and it even comes with strap extensions if it's too small for you. I can already tell it's helped me just by the way my muscles feel. It will take much more than "a few days" to correct the terrible hunching I've got with my shoulders, but with this, I'm off to a great start.

I ordered 8th december 2020 online. It supposed to be a christmas present. They charged me one day later, but after 2 weeks nothing has arrived. I texted them 4-5 times by email and contact formular without any reply of them until now. After almost 1 month I haven’t received neither an answer nor the delivery. I would like to cancel and get refund. Hope it’s not a fake company...

Slightest chafing on the neck but just needs getting used to. There is some rubbing on the armpit area but as long as you have clothes underneath it’s. Anyways, I’m knew I didn’t have the best posture but it was eye opening when I put it on and realized even my “good” posture was actually slouching. I wore it for 5+ hours the first day despite the instruction saying start with 15min... haha no issues though! Will see if my body will get used to the proper posture over time. Hoping my body will know the proper posture by summer!! As a mom of a 2 yr old, I can tell that all the breastfeeding the first year and holding a kid often messed up my posture.

I have read the reviews complaining about the straps digging into the armpits. When I got mine, I put it as tight as possible to pull my shoulders back. It dug into my armpits. Then I talked to a Physical Therapist and learned how to adjust it. The trick is to tell the wearer when the shoulders are not pulled back. The adjustment is too feel comfortable when the shoulders are held back by the wearer. Adjusted this way, when the wearer slouches, there should be a slight tug. Put another way, the device is not to pull the shoulders back but rather to tel the wearer the shoulders are not back.

It shipped very fast, two days. The minute I tried it on it helped to straighten my back. When I began to slouch, it gently bounced my posture back in place. I'm 125 lbs, 5'2 and it fits well with easily adjustable straps in the front that come up from behind. It was more comfortable than the picture shows, soft foam material, flexible. I tried it under and over clothing and would recommend using it over clothing as it pinches the shoulders and underarms. I don't know if I could use it for an extended length of time, but it seems to help when I'm studying, sitting, or just training myself for 30 minutes to use correct posture.

Nice looking black suspender. Buckles, adjuster are good. Centre piece black foam is nicely cut and stitched. Belt breadth is less than 2.5cm, it would be perfect if it's 3 cm. And length too should be extra. After using once, because of the short length, in the portion of the belt that is joined with the back buckles and in the edge of the front side belt linked to the center piece, I'm noticing some shrinkages. But it won't be noticeable while wearing it.
Comes with a good bow with adjustable straps.

It's a maroonish brown. Made in China (if anyone needed to know that).
If holding your pant in place is why you're buying it, I wouldn't suggest. But a good-looking accessory. Moreover, what more do you expect in this cheap a price range?

The Bracesy team is amazing! Everyone here is friendly and knowledgeable and they truly want to help.
