If I could give more than 5 stars then I would. From the initial query right through to completion Bradley Morrell have been fantastic. The communication was fantastic and even when I felt I was asking a silly question I was reassured by Natalie. For me this made a stress free sale for which I am extremely grateful. Thank you to all the team.

Bradley Morrells were reccomended by an estate agent we were working with on our property purchase. After doing a few quotes between various solicitors, they came up as the most affordable. Our property purchase was a gruelling 7-month drag and our solicitor, Neil Bradley, was always on hand to help with our enquiries, no matter how complicated. Neil never missed an email and was always quick to respond, his responses also always being fair and understandable. Neil raised concerns about the septic tank on the property we were purchasing and strongly advised we have a survey of it. The conclusion of the survey was that the entire system needed replacing, which was done prior to completion due to the due diligence of his work, saving us 10k+. If we need a solicitor for sale or purchase in the future, we will definitely be back for Bradley Morrels solicitors. We would highly reccomend them!

I can’t recommend Bradley Morrell Solicitors highly enough, I have used several solicitors in the past and non were anywhere near as professional, attentive and helpful throughout.
Nothing was ever too much trouble and they would respond so quickly (even on weekends and evenings)
These will be the only solicitors I would recommend in the future without a doubt.

Seamless service from start to finish! I had a lot of anxiety going through with this house purchase due to just having a horrendous experience on another property where the service from a different solicitor made me poorly with stress and I ended up pulling out. The service received by Neil and his team on the transaction I instructed them for couldn’t have been more opposite and was a pleasant experience. Any anxiety I had was very quickly relieved due to their professionalism and kind nature.
