They did the survey about 5 days after I'd made the enquiry, then sent a very comprehensive but easy to understand report 2 weeks after the survey was done. Would definitely use them again if I ever bother to go through the stress of buying a house again!

Surveyor is very knowledgeable and informative. He is done a brilliant survey where I came to know more about the faults and repairs for the house i was buying. I suggest to anyone buying a house for living or for the rental purposes please do the survey in advance and you will know more about what you are buying and is it worth the money you are paying,how you can negotiate from there onwards,Can save some money too. Easy to set up your survey with them. Great communication prior to them carrying out the survey. Once the survey has been completed they call you to talk through their findings. Just waiting for the survey to be written up and sent.

Great Customer Service from Nina and very quick turn around. The surveyor himself was superb, called us right after the survey to brief us and went ahead to add extras to the survey even though it was not part of our initial request. I will definitely be using them again!!!

From the first quote Braeside were brilliant, not the cheapest quote I got but the service definitely provided the value for money. We had to hold our survey as the chain collapsed but it was never a problem and they just paused the account and restarted when we were ready. Would recommend to anyone to consider Braeside
