I made multiple requests for cancellation. They repeatedly told me they cannot find my account, and are continuing to charge me 20.99 multiple times per month, without my authorization. I seriously advise not using this company.

I requested cancellation on the Brain…

I requested cancellation on the Brain AI app platform (brainaiapp.com) multiple times, following their terms at, but they continue attempting unauthorized charges on my credit card. Despite clear proof of cancellation requests, the company refuses to stop billing and provide refunds, violating consumer rights and their own policies.

I tried their 3 day trial period but I…

I tried their 3 day trial period but I couldn't find anywhere to cancel. So they started charging me $20.99. This happened three times before they told me to use their CANCELLATION BOT. They charged me $20.99 on Jan.26, Feb 2, & Feb 9. That's was every week that the charges were happening. I finally had to cancel my debit card. I was finally able to cancel using the Cancelation Bot, but it was very hard to find it.

Total Fraudsters

Total Fraudsters, do not trust this company. i don't know how they do it but I somehow was getting charged weekly for some service I did not agree to pay for. When I search my Apple subscriptions they are not even listed. I finally had to dispute this with my CC company, who had to reissue a new card due to these clowns. i have no idea how they get away with this without being shut down. This should not be allowed! What they are doing is unethical and borderline criminal!

ESTAFA – cuidado con la “prueba gratuita”

I was charged twice USD 0.99 during the so-called “free trial,” and there is a risk of weekly charges of USD 20.99. Cancellation is practically impossible: neither of the two support emails (brainaiapp or cleverside) responds, and the cancellation bot does not work (blank page). I had to block my card to stop the charges and I still don’t know if they will try to charge me again. There are many similar complaints here. Do not use this app.

SCAM!!

SCAM!!! If I could’ve given 0 stars, I would’ve. DON’T FALL FOR IT, they stole my money & won’t refund anything or even answer any emails. SMDH!!!

Brain App is a FAKE - SCAM - Unauthorised Transactions attempted

Fake - Fraud Scam immediately cancelled subscription after the $1 trial as I suspected them to be fake.

Despite cancellation of Brain.ai App trial in AppStore, they are repeatedly trying to take $20 weekly subscription from my account UNAUTHORISED. The BEWARE do not sign up for any free trials with this company or do your IQ test. It’s fake a scam and they will steal money from you once you start the trial.

If you signed up for free trial and cancelled check your bank account they have probably been taking money. Report them for fraud claim your money back.

I’m reporting Brain App for fraudulent activities and publishing reviews on the internet warning others.

ARNAQUE

ARNAQUE ! j'avais donné mon numéro de carte pour faire un test le 27 Septembre (le montant à payer devait être de 0,99 $). Je n'ai jamais reçu de confirmation d'abonnement. Ma carte bancaire n'a jamais été débitée de ce montant. Mais par contre le 4/10 soit donc une semaine plus tard j'ai été débitée de 20,99 $ soit 19,98 € avec les commissions de change et encore une semaine plus tard le 11/10, j'ai été débitée de ce même montant. J'ai fait une réclamation par email le 16/10 quand je me suis aperçue de l'arnaque. Ils m'ont répondu le jour même que mon abonnement avait été annulé. Je leur ai que je n'avais souscrit aucun abonnement et que je souhaitais le remboursement de ces 2 montants et bien sûr depuis plus aucune nouvelle. Je réfléchis sérieusement à une démarche pour les dénoncer. A suivre
Je complète mon annonce car cette société est si malhonnête qu'elle n'a répondu ci-dessous qu'à l'abonnement mais rien sur le remboursement. Je les ai relancés plusieurs fois par email et certes à chaque fois ils répondent mais pour ne parler que de l'abonnement. C'est l'arbre qui cache la forêt. Ils ne répondent pas aux vrais problèmes. Je vais voir avec ma banque et je vais porter plainte pour prélèvements non autorisés.
Je vous informerai de la suite, cela peut être utile pour les personnes qui ont subi la même arnaque.

Ce sont des ARNAQUEURS !!

UPDATE : On m'a répondu que mon abonnement a bien été annulé lorsque je leur ai envoyé une preuve de mon commentaire. Si ce n'est pas le cas et qu'ils n'ont pas annulé, soyez certain.e.s que je reviendrai le divulguer ici !!!

Ce sont des ARNAQUEURS !!! Malhonnêtes au dernier degré. Je les déclare immédiatement au Service des Fraudes du Canada, y'en a marre d'individus voleurs sans scrupules ! Et surtout, espèces de bandits, NE me répondez PAS "que vous êtes désolés" !!! 🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

Scammers!!! Don't do it! Wasted energy trying to cancel!

Scammers! Yes!!! Exactly what everyone is saying. There is no simple way to cancel on their website, app or anything. They don't respond when sending emails for cancelation even though I thought it was canceled. I cancelled back in August and they still charging $20.99 each month. I didn't authorize more charges after cancelation. Going to compain to BBB and eveywhere else I can. It could have been a great app but they decided to be Scammers. Don't try it out, don't get app, games and all that are so simple so simple, ads make it seem a lot better than it really is. You've been warned!

Fraudulent transaction

Scammers….Your email for cancellation doesn’t exist. Chatted with the consultant they will let you sign up again for another scam before they will connect you to the service technician.

Tried canceling my subscription which…

Tried canceling my subscription which it makes you go thru their "cancelation bot" but every time I click cancel subscription it ask me for the email linked. Just to say an error has occurred. Had to cancel the card it was tied to just so they couldn't keep charging me.
