Based on what you described, it’s possible this order was placed through an unaffiliated or impersonator website. Unfortunately, as products like Happy Saffron have gained visibility on social platforms such as TikTok and have supported over 10,000,000 happier days (servings), we’ve seen an increase in unauthorized, look-alike sites that are not connected to BrainMD. Orders placed through those sites are not fulfilled or supported by us.
