1, I love the concept and ease of use (5 stars).
2. The audio quality is a 5 on a scale of 10 (at best) so definitely subpar. Having the ability to “brand” the service is not valuable if the service is not excellent. The MOST important feature to me is quality/clarity of the sound - not the branding feature. I would rather have excellent audio without branding.
3. Service from Diego was excellent. He addressed my immediate issue and said that major upgrades on audio quality were imminent.

Their conference all services are very easy to use; the dashboard design is extremely user-friendly and intuitive. Everything we need for conference calls is there. But the Customer Service in this company is not just great, it's OUTSTANDING!!! They are efficient, attentive, patient, personal and without saying as much, the way they help you solve your problems and answer your questions just make you feel that you are a "valued customer" in the very true sense of it. It is absolutely refreshing that the CS person you talk to is the very person who just chatted with you on the chat box! There is continuity between chat and talk! They keep a history of the chat and they refer back to it when they talk to you so that you don't have to repeat yourself! Even Apple and Microsoft can't measure up to that. BBL - you guys rock!
