Excellent quality. Good value for money

My items weren't in stock when ordered but Paul Hart was effective and provided perfekt customer service with his great communication. He made sure I had my items dispatched as soon as I was back from holiday.

I ordered a Tall Boy unit, which unfortunately was out of stock with the manufacturer.
Paul Hart contacted me to apologise & provided a list of alternatives, of which I selected one which was more expensive than the original.
Paul price matched the original order & kept me updated through to delivery.
Very pleased with the replacement & service provided.

At first my order was delayed a few times which happens. However the communication I received was first class! I was kept up to date and given the option of a refund if I couldn't wait any longer. I re ordered after looking for alternatives and again communication was excellent and I had taken delivery within 3 days.

I bought a coppersmith creations bath from brand new bathrooms, communication was excellent and it was a pleasure to support this company.

Delivery was a little later than originally anticipated but this is to be expected when importing.

I still need to plumb the bath in but the quality and packaging were excellent .

Also worth noting …. Very good customer service from Paul, I felt like a valued customer.

We found them very helpful when we had a small issue with our new radiator. They kept in contact until it was sorted. Service was very prompt. Delivery was quick. Would definitely use them again.

the dimensions were correct and it fitted my bathroom without having to drill any more holes as the piece needed only one screw hole per wall connection.

Ordered a radiator, unfortunately it came damaged by courier. Contacted brand new bathrooms and was sorted extremely quickly and efficiently. Great company but unfortunately let down by courier. I would recommend and order from them again.

Purchased a towel heater. The courier left before I could inspect it, found a dent in it and called Brand New Bathrooms immediately. Got a busy signal so had to leave a message. My call was returned within 5 minutes and they had me send a few photos in an email. Within 15 minutes they told me a replacement would be sent and the damaged goods collected. Everything went well on the very next working day. I’m more than happy and would give 6 or 10 or more stars if I could because that’s how it should work and Brand New Bathrooms are the only ones to do it. I got to talk to a real person, I didn’t have to go through a chat bot, I didn’t have to wait a week or more for a canned response, I didn’t have to argue with the company about the damage or who caused it, I wasn’t told that a mile long list of T&C’s exempted them from fixing the problem. Just good old fashioned taking care of your customers like they should be. Anything I need in the future I’ll look for on Brand New Bathrooms first and I hope they have it.

Paul was super helpful with great communication throughout my experience with Brand New Bathrooms. After initially misunderstanding a product description he was quick to help and then refund the order (and also update the website description). After a subsequent supplier then let me down Paul was once again quick to check stock and sort it out for me.

Unfortunately there was in issue with an incorrect item being delivered. This was direct from the supplier so not Brand New Bathrooms fault (and I didn’t open and check on delivery). Again, Paul was quick to sort it out given the urgency to get a replacement.

Would highly recommend for excellent communication and help throughout (rare to find with online companies). The shower screen itself (Scudo Momentum) looks great with the minimal profile / framing.
