Excellent services fantastic product. Love it

I have ordered 7 feet bean bag from them and got delivered in 5 days. I want to track my order and got help from their chat support. I like how big it is.

The 7-foot bean bag is super comfy from brand n mart big and great quality. Took a little time to fully expand, but once it did, it became my favorite seat in the house. Definitely worth it!

Ordered a bean bag chair on 10/13/25, money was deducted from my account and never shipped. I requested a refund on 11/3/25, they said it would be in my account with in 3-5 business days. I have reached out several times since then with no response, via email, text and voicemail. Now it’s 11/28/25 still nothing. Would not order from this company.

Update 12/1/25, have called and emailed since they responded to my review below. Still no response or refund.

I placed an order 20 days ago and received a confirmation email and the money was deducted from my account. Now I call the customer care who are talking so rude (lady name mariam) as if I did something wrong here. I sent a text message - No reply. Trying to send an email which is not getting delivered when I try to explain the situation nobody is able to help. I will make sure I will let everybody know about this bad experience so nobody else has to go through this Now I need to call my bank to see How can I get my money back. I request you not use them if you dont want to feel like trash rather than customer.

I ordered the 7ft fur cover with beans included. The foam did arrived but the cover still hasn't. I have had no communication about this either. When contacting customer service, all I kept getting was an answering machine. I have also left an email message. We will see if they return my calls or emails..So far this has been confusing.

My mom ordered a bean bag and there is like a week ago and there is NO TRACKING NUMBER NO SHIPPING AND NO SIGN OF ANYTHING.

IM STILL WAITING ON A TRACKING NUMBER LET ALONE MY PRODUCT. Ordered my 7ft Bean Bag With Filler Nov.30th and no tracking info. Emailed the company 3 times and get same response ..." order has been confirmed and should receive item 3 to 5 buisness days.". But STILL DID NOT GIVE TRACKING INFO....
I'm gonna wait another week and if no Product I will be asking for a refund....key word ASKING! What's sad is my husband ordered this for me for pain relief, I suffer with a debilitating painful disorder,.....

UPDATE: I DID RECIEVE A TRACKING NUMBER FINALLY. (although u would think I would get at time of shipping). Says orderes(not sure why 2 shipments unless the filler was shipped separately) would arrive by end of day- today is the 10th of Dec so we see...will post update once u recipe the item.

So I DID recieve tracking numbers! I DID recieve the FILLER (foam). AND the BEANBAG COVER WAS DELIVERED.....but not to me!! Fed Ex sent the confirmation picture...NOT MY HOME!
Now let me say the company Brand N Mart WAS keeping in touch by email and text.
And I'm not sure who is at fault for the failed delivery- Fed Ex or Brand N Mart. Will say when I tried to file missing package with Fed Ex they ask for the house number for the delivery for security. Well they can not verify the delivery due to WRONG HOUSE NUMBER. Neither company are returning my emails.
This whole purchase has turned into a nightmare. I paid a couple hundred dollars for FILLER.
I was hoping to update with GOOD REVIEW....

Recieved THE COVER!!!! But be careful what you ask for.....after a MONTH of waiting and corresponding I did recieve the 1) FILLER and 2) THE Cover. No liner and no repair patch(was included in the description of product). The cover is SO THIN AND CHEAPLY MADE. The seamless is already starting to seperate.....
ALL BUYERS PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY..... BRAND N MART! ORDER YOUR BEAN BAG AND /OR MATERIALS FROM ANOTHER COMPANY!!! As i said earlier WORST ORDERING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! So sad there are folks out there who just don't care.... if I could of left less than 1 star i would have....

I ordered a 7ft beanbag and a filler

After a delay i finally received my bean bag cover and Thanks to Jashuva that took care of my order. It is a big bean bag and nice quality.

Thr company is a deceptive which takes advantage of it's customers. I bought a product which didn't work. I returned it and the company did not refund my money. Shame on you. This is why people shop on Amazon.

Actually I have ordered and received 7ft bean bag from brand n mart ....it's really good quality and very comfortable to use it...came on time...I will make another order for my uncle to feel more relax at home

I usally do not add reviews. But i like their customer service i have got through their text message ( 209 803 3786 ). I have got all answers of my questions for my bean bag.

I ordered a bean bag: order # 10012079. I received an email that says it was shipped with a link to tracking that yields no results. 2 weeks later, no package, nobody answers the phone or my email. I got scammed!!! Stay away from the business!

THIS COMPANY IS UNDER investigation. They have stolen from me. I sent them back their product and they REFUSE TO REFUND ME. They have emailed a fake refund email. Claimed the refund was ordered 5 days ago, then blamed it on my accredited bank. They 1st said it would take 2 days for my refund then said 10 days. What clothing company takes 10 days for a refund. That is a SCAM. They will also email you from over 5 different emails, which are signs of internet SCAMS. Please save your money. I HAVE LEGAL AUTHORITIES. INVESTIGATING. SCAM SCAM. They will ROB YOU.

Stole $200 from me. Said they will refund the money but never did. I have been in communication with legal authorities regarding this scamming company. Please save your money and time. They will email you from multiple emails which is red flags. They will never answer the phone which seems to be always busy due to many calls which is a lie.

Recently purchased Giant Bean Bag 7ft, Quality is good and got 80 lb fillers which I like the most. So fluffy bean bag. My father is very happy. Brandnmart payment mode is also good. Purchased my Giant bean bag on EMI. Thanks
