Great service, delivery and pick up was on time and equipment worked perfectly.

I hired a micro digger and brush cutter form Brandon Hire Station in Exeter.
The whole experience was easy and straightforward and at a really good price.
I had a few questions before hire and call the helpline who were really helpful.
The products were delivered as expected, I was given through training on them with lots of tips on how best to use them.
They came with all safety gear which gave great peace of mind.
The team were super helpful when I called with a couple of questions during the hire period and even came a day early to collect when I finished early.
I can't recommend them enough plus the digger was really fun to use!!

The chap in the shop tried to contact me to explain I'd made a mistake with my order. When I eventually rang he was really flexible about helping me do what I wanted. When I picked up the equipment he showed me how it worked and helped me get it in the car.

Did not get my AM delivery as requested, instead end of day on a Friday !!
Pick up was also chaotic

Hired floor sander combo pack for the weekend. Great kit - although wouldn't use the hand edger again. Fab job on my heritage wood floors. Brandon team had the equipment ready for pick up and inducted me to how to use and tips. Friendly, expert service. Check back in after the weekend went smoothly, with rebates for all unused sanding sheets. Will definitely recommend and use again, thanks guys!

I hired an electric cement mixer for 10 days but found I needed it a little longer, another 2 days. One phone call and all sorted. The Customer Service was first class and will definitely use Brandon again.

Hired floor sander. INCREDIBLY heavy, so be warned if you are on your own and needing to lift into your car or take upstairs as I did. The sander had something wrong with it, I believe. You are supposed to walk with it as it moves (not hold it back) but it raced so fast across the boards I had to use a lot of physical strength to hold it back and I am a physically fit person. And it didn't sand evenly, despite the plank being flat. I only did one strip as I realised it was faulty. Brandon sent two chaps out to investigate and said they'd bring a replacement, but they didn't bring a replacement. As they tested it, the sanding paper broke and flew off. They said that was probably due to me not putting it on properly. I absolutely did put it on properly as I'd seen lots of reviews/advice on how important this is. However, I've also read lots about how paper breaks easily with these machines. Due to the significant weight of the machine (knowing there was no way I'd get it back in my car) and the obvious problems with that sander and paper etc, I asked the men to take it away and not bother bringing a replacement. However, I was only refunded for the sanding paper not used.
I'm giving 3 stars as they helped me get the sander in my car and then came out to investigate the problem. However, I would have given less if they hadn't been friendly and helpful as I feel I should have had my money refunded due to not having actually used the machine for more than one plank of wood and there being a fault in my opinion. I wasted my time and money.

Paid for a blade for tile stripper hired but none in stock. Old blade. Good job we didn’t need the machine in the end. Maybe due a refund on the blade???
