Great from start to finish!
Delivered on time and with care. Time slot provided and adhered to.
I messed up a little and thought equipment would be collected same day as end date. But it’s the day after and I wouldn’t be in. I rang the local depot and they sent someone to collect them within the hour. Guy who dropped off and picked up equipment super helpful and friendly. Would use again and recommend!

Everyone I dealt with were very helpful they were able to answer my questions and advise what was best. From the office staff to the delivery drivers, nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend.

Phoned up Wednesday morning asking if…
Phoned up Wednesday morning asking if they had a whacker plate for hire for the next day, they said they would check and call me back. After receiving no call by mid afternoon I called again and they said there was one in the workshop being fixed and would call me back by the end of the day to see if it was sorted so I could use it the following day. Again no phone call. I then called Thursday morning 0745 to see if they had one, yet again was told he was just going to check and would call me straight back, again no phone call. 0900 I call again and I was told I will check soon I’m just with a customer. Update- I did receive a phone call back at 0940, I went over there and they were very apologetic and helped with what I previously had enquired about.

Great service
Following the ease order online I was met by really helpful staff when I arrived to collect. I had an issue with the equipment, as can happen with all electrical equipment, which they resolved quickly and I was very happy with the outcome of extra time to compensate for the disruption. Staff were very helpful and approachable throughout and I won’t hesitate to use the company again.
