Machinery is ageing and expensive to hire.
The good bit-the machine was delivered and collected on time and worked fine for 2 days.
The not-so-good bit-there is no refund on unused petrol (there was at least half a tank left on my return) which means Brandon are making a lot of money by charging for a full tank every time.
The less good bit-the machine was aged and past its best and expensive to hire for an old machine-although it did not pack up!

Fantastic service
Fantastic service! The team were really understanding when at first we needed to delay our collection, and then when we needed to extend the hire. They went through the time to help explain how to correctly use the sander and edger. Items were really clean and well looked after! Thank you team!

Helpful staff and easy process
Stuart was really helpful in ensuring the machine I was looking to hire was right for the job and making the whole process easy. The machine (medium duty rotivator) was in a great condition. Having note used this machine before, upon delivery the driver helped explain the different functionality a d tips to ensure I get the most out of the hire. Would highly recommend and will be looking to use Brandon again.

Very poor service - won't use again
Brandon sent a tower which was missing some of the safety equipment. I had to wait until the following day for it to arrive, losing a day of paid hire. Then the company sent a text saying the tower would be collected on Friday. It subsequently changed the collection date until Monday without telling me, causing me to waste a day waiting in and disrupting my plans. The helpline was useless, washing its hands of my complaint. I will not use this company again.
