We hired a container and the whole process was easy from start to finish. Set up was quick and straightforward, and cancellation when we were finished was just as easy. We’ve used this service before and would definitely use it again. Everyone we dealt with was polite, friendly, and helpful throughout. Highly recommended.

Helpful staff guided us around the site via telephone when we went to have a look at different unit sizes. Easy to reserve a unit, easy 24/7 access. Competitive pricing. Would recommend.

The location of the storage site (Alton) is excellent, good security, site is clean and tidy the units are immaculate. 24/7 site access is helpful.

Removal men were so helpful, thoughtful and careful, both with packing the van and the storage unit. They made a very challenging day so much easier and everything went so smoothly. Thank you.

Used the Cowes, IOW, Brant Self Storage facility to store kitchen cabinets whilst building work was taking place. Brant Self Storage was perfect as the unit was large, dry and secure and provided on highly flexible terms. Would 100% recommend Brant Self Storage to friends needed storage facilities.

Very easy and straightforward to arrange - reasonable price

I recently enquired about storage at Brant Self Storage and was offered a complimentary collection service along with four weeks free storage. I later found out that this offer was only available if I purchased their in-house StoreProtect cover, even though this wasn’t mentioned in the quotation, pre-contract information, or their published terms (which state customers may use their own insurance).

When I looked into it, the cost of StoreProtect was around 500% more expensive than the equivalent insurance I found independently. The condition linking the free collection service to buying StoreProtect was only disclosed after I queried the insurance requirement, which made the process feel far less transparent than expected.

I’ve chosen not to proceed and am sharing this so others know to double-check what conditions apply to any promotional offers.

Excellent customer service leading up to our move. I spoke to a couple of staff from Brant Storage. The First Gentleman was Ben who was so helpful with recommending the ideal size, sent helpful videos and information and was very kind and patient. It was Dev who helped me through the process thereafter who again was super kind, patient and extremely helpful, was always there to answer the phone or email if I had any queries with fast responses with no issues. Great team. Lastly I also want to mention the removal guys we had Vince and Josh through Brant storage. They are excellent! Really quick and organised, on time, great communication and again really friendly! I’m so pleased to be having our things moved from a storage unit with a lack of customer care to somewhere who clearly puts that first! I absolutely recommend them and this is solely based on the people. The area is really secure and well managed, 24/7 customer access and in really good spot :)

Excellent! I have never hired a crate before, but the process was easy. Crate was clean, I never had access issues and could park right next to it everytime to unload and load. Very happy experience.

Booked a unit at Brant for 6 months’ storage during house rebuild. They collected a Luton’s worth from our rented accomodation and stacked beautifully in our unit. We have just booked redelivery (after 15 months 😱) and all has been quick and easy (well, except the rebuild 🙄). Good company, would recommend.

From the first enquiry via telephone to completing the agreement for hire of container everything has been handled in a very organised professional friendly approach with clear concise instructions. So far very impresses

Contacted Brant Self Storage to discuss our needs for some storage. The lady l spoke with was very helpful and gave good advise on the options available to us. We decided on the 80sqft unit which is a split unit. Received all the contract documents via email promptly after our initial contact and then all the relevant access information to start using our storage unit. Access information was clear and easy to follow. These storage units are brand new so extremely clean ideal for our requirements. Only a couple of items that l was informed of when l spoke with lady until l received the contract was that you also have to take out their Store Protection insurance and they take a deposit of £150 with your first payment which is refunded when you vacate the storage unit.

We had nothing but great service from the moment we spoke on the phone. The guys who did the removal were excellent and the storage facility was immaculate. Really appreciate everything they did to make our move smooth!!

The site has fantastic pitches, easily accessible any time of the day.
Very clean and tidy.
My wife was impressed with the caravan cleaning facilities! Very handy.
