The arc and shadow play are exceptional

Two months with the Eira and I'm still noticing new things about how it transforms my bathroom vanity area. The arc design creates this beautiful overhead wash that eliminates the harsh shadows you typically get from standard vanity lighting. Warm white temperature sits around what I'd estimate is 2700K — flattering without being too yellow.

Build quality impressed me immediately. The wood base has real weight to it, and the metal arm has zero wobble even fully extended. You can feel the machining precision in the dimmer mechanism — smooth resistance throughout the range, no flickering at low levels.

At $715 it's an investment, but the Scandinavian design philosophy shows in every detail. Clean lines, honest materials, thoughtful engineering. My only minor gripe is the cord could be longer for more flexible placement options.
