My Braun table clock stopped synchronizing via the DCF signal. Even though I had already tried several things (new batteries, changing its location, etc.), support immediately gave me the correct instructions in their first message, so the problem was solved the same day.

After my 30 year old Braun desk clock failed, I was heartbroken as it had sentimental value. But then I realised that Braun is still doing the same model and I was happy like a child. Simple beautiful high quality. Thank you.

Good service, good product

Stylish clock delivered promptly. It's a present for my daughter who has immaculate taste!

2 years ago, we replaced a very aged projection alarm clock with a cheap one from a high street catalogue shop. It didn't project. Second one was very flaky, and half the buttons lit up when you pressed any of them. Third one worked - but only for 2 years, when it stopped projecting even when the power was connected. Another new one (different make) from same catalogue shop didn't project despite being plugged in to mains. Instead, I ordered a Braun one. Dearer, but works and is also simpler to adjust and control - hurrah! I shall remember to avoid cheap rubbish next time.

Order clocks on 18 November 2025, dispatched 3 December 2025, as previously advised. Unfortunately Braun Clocks use Royal Mail 48 tracked. Toaday is 10 December 2025 order has not been received, Royal Mail tracking cannot indicate when parcel will be delivered. Would suggest Braun uses a more reliable courier service.

This clock is exactly what I wanted, a very low light level for night use and no ticking sound. Good value for the price paid. Thanks.

Beautiful by design

Upon unboxing the clock had several very obvious cracks in the LCD… which Braun claimed were normal and would ‘settle’… but I wasn’t pleased after paying £40 (offer price).
Also the colon separator between the digits blinks each second, like many people I don’t really like this beside my bed, so not sure why they designed it this way.
Main issue was the wireless charger cutting in and out repeatedly during the night - and my phone pinging each time - I couldn’t put up with that I’m afraid.

I love the design of this clock, and the sale price was brilliant. The 'white' LCD display however is next to useless unless it is directly facing a window or a light. The black background casts dark shadows and the green LCD characters are invisible most of the time. It's great when backlit and its a shame there isn't an option to have the backlight on all the time. So as a bedside alarm clock facing the window it works; as a small clock in the bathroom for example it doesn't.
