Purchased a monthly subscription as a gift for my son (a very well travelled foodie!) He was absolutely thrilled when it arrived; meats he’s never tried before and he loved them all!
Also I need to mention the great customer service; as I mucked up the delivery address and they sorted it promptly and without fuss.

Had a great time on the chorizo and salami making course, started with a tea (or coffee) and some meat to taste along with tons of information from Alex about how they started and around the making process and much more followed by a tour around the factory. Then we got to making with their brilliant in house butcher, Dave, we got to mix our herbs and spices and then mince the meat and fill the skins to make our salami, we also got to see one of the others doing the bacon course with the addition of sausages. We then got to have another platter with meat and cheese and a warm mix of pancetta, guanciale, pickled onions and jalapeno, Dave also fried us some sausage meat and served with local wine, all very delicious! We also got to go home with some pork skin and some sausages, can't wait to get my salami! Don't be put of by the appearance outside the factory, seems all bits from film sets that have been left and have been told it will be cleared.
Thank you for a great day, a super company and will certainly be buying from you from now on, definitely the best around!

I had the venison butchery course yesterday, made sausages, had a tour of all the facilities, learned about their process and techniques, had a tasting in the morning and a lunch in the afternoon. Absolutely amazing experience, lovely people! We took home some sausages we made and some of the venison too! Great value, I can definitely recommend visiting them.

The team at Bray Cured have simply got things right. Why and how? By pulling together a team who each have their own passions and specialisms to create not just some of the best charcuterie in Britain, but globally too.
Founder Alex is a fountain of knowledge, tailoring our experience with insightful information and anecdotes, whilst naturally and skilfully taking us through some of the precise processes of involved in curing meat.
Resident butcher Dave, who has been professionally in the game for over 50 years, is a true master of meat. Breaking down a whole venison carcass with us, roping us in along the way and teaching us some important tricks from the trade, before teaching us how to make sausages.
The day was filled with hospitality too, an unexpected treat for a factory site experience. Exceptional canapès to let us try some of the range we’d been introduced to during the production process.
The products that the team at Bray Cured create are a tour de force in texture and flavour. We’ll definitely be staying in contact and hope that this is the beginning of a great relationship with this talented team.

We started our Bray Cured experience with coffee and hot sandwiches filled with their award winning charcuterie and an informal chat with founder Alex.
After in depth conversations about all
things delicious we were treated to a tour of their factory, one of the 6 largest in the UK.
Alex showed how they cured, fermented and air dried their products before Dave, their resident butcher, taught us how to effectively butcher a venison carcass and make sausages.
All this was rounded off with a discussion covering further questions whilst enjoying a charcuterie board and a glass of English red which they use in some products.
I highly recommend this day useful for the enthusiastic hobbyist to Mangalitza pig farmers keen to learn how to get the best out of high quality meat.

My son and I just spent a really enjoyable morning on the Salami and Chorizo making course with Alex and David.
They were both very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the subject and added a lot of humour during the morning. It flew by.
I was also impressed by the quality of meat going in to the Chorizo and Salami. I definitely will be buying from Bray Cured again!
