I'm really sorry you're not enjoying it, but it's really clear on the website what's in the subscriptions, so this feels harsh. Amazing morning at Bray Cured
We had such a brilliant time learning how to make salami and Chorizo, it was a really full, hands-on and informative morning that was also great fun. We also got to taste some yummy freshly cooked samples.
