Fresh, Soft, Flavorful, the best! I've had many gluten free breads
I have tried many gluten free breads (and I've made some myself). Most are made with either rice flour, oat flour, almond flour, or coconut flour. I have a long list of intolerances and a lot of these flours are on my list. I was skeptical until I saw a gum free, rice free option from Bread Seriously. I order a pack, but had to leave before it arrived, so my mom sent me a picture of her enjoying the Cinnamon Raisin bread. My mom is also gluten intolerant and she has sworn of carbs, but she made an exception for this bread. Since I was traveling in California I sought out a store that carried the bread and got the last cinnamon raisin loaf (don't recommend eating it out cold out of the refrigerator section at the store), it was better toasted, but I was really wanting to try the Sourdough. A week later, I decided I would try some sorghum based bagels from another brand. I do okay with sorghum but those bagels didn't work for me (very dense and I ended up with some inflammation), so I immediately ordered another gum free pack from Bread Seriously. My order just arrived today now I know what my mom was talking about. The bread was still warm (they bake fresh and ship out, instead of shipping out frozen loaves), super easy to slice, soft but not crumbly (so many gf breads fall apart when eating them), and the flavors are incredible. The sourdough was worth the wait. I toasted it lightly and enjoyed it with some olive oil. I also toasted a fresh slice of cinnamon raisin bread and it was some how even better than the one I had purchased from the store. After loving slicing all my bread, I am thrilled to finally have a gf bread that doesn't make me sick and that is actually filling without being heavy.
