Really an outstanding customer experience which oddly started with them sending me the wrong item. Reached out and got a quick reply saying they'd sort and throw in a (good) free item - replacement arrived very quickly and I sent back the originals.

The branding and packaging is spot on and the product(s) themselves are superb - could not recommend higher.

Unsurprising post-Brexit, I’ve had to pay import taxes upon delivery (approx. €12.00 for a £36.00 order) which were not specifically called out beyond shipping fees and duties when ordering from the E.U., and the suggested delivery turnaround time needs to factor in some extra days for customs clearance and exceptional events (snow storm, Royal Mail strike, busy pre-Xmas period) after the extremely quick shipment literally hours after ordering (congrats Breakfast Ball team).

So, a very pleased first time customer which will buy again when the range of products offered will expand further!

Products are very high quality, well packaged and presented and even a couple of free additions were thrown in with my order! I contacted them with a question and they was very quick to reply with a good honest answer and the delivery cost/time was fair.

Good experience, hope they can expand their product designs soon as currently it is limited and I would like a bit more choice but other than that, great job.

Everything from start to finish about this was great.

What about the head covers? Well, they are superb - I really am very impressed. Everything feels premium and they look fantastic.
