Given this company only has 8 reviews and some will be sceptical (as I was), I thought I’d add one.

I’m actually pretty astonished by the service. I ordered the custom photo mosaic as a Christmas present for my wife. Ordered yesterday at around 11am and with express delivery it just got through my door exactly 24 hours later. Amazing considering the personalised nature of the product. The item looks to have been shipped from Salisbury in the UK despite me thinking it was an overseas business.

Because it’s a present I won’t see the finished product until it is put together, however, it is really nicely boxed and having opened it to check I actually had some contents, it is all there with a comprehensive instruction guide and a copy of the photo so that the recipient knows straight away what it is. The bricks are all bagged up, coded and neatly stacked. It looks superb and I’m incredibly impressed. You also get email instructions for the frame if you buy that as extra as I have.

My one complaint - and if I could do half a star I would as it is very small - is that I used the first time discount code at checkout which gives you £10 off. But when I did so, for some reason my delivery cost went from around £7-8 to £14.96! I saw it change on the screen as I submitted the code. It’s probably just a website glitch or might be connected to the price of the product, but that wasn’t clear. Ultimately, it’s my choice to still pay it, but that seemed a bit naughty.

Other than that, I can absolutely say that this is worth a go if you are considering it (subject to the assembled mosaic looking like the photo, which I don’t know yet!!). As a packaged product though, I am extremely pleased.

Update; following reply from Brick Me I have upgraded to 5 stars. The reason for the price change makes sense and happens with most retailers - it just needed to alert me of that and I’d have had no problem. 👍

I was looking for a way to turn a photo of me and my husband into something fun and different, and came across Brick Me. Turning our photo to Lego seemed perfect as my husband is a huge Lego fan. Honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect but the whole experience was great. The ordering process was easy and I actually enjoyed creating the design. It arrived pretty fast and everything was neatly packed. We built it together and had such a fun time, the instructions were clear and the final lego mosaic looks awesome. Really happy I found Brick Me and I already recommended it to friends.

I had so much fun building my Brick Me mosaic. Their design platform is very easy to use and helped me create the best possible design in minutes! And they also let you preview it as if it was placed on a wall. the frame really compliments the picture well too, so highly recommend getting one!! I'm already planning my next build, although my fingers do hurt a bit from putting so many bricks (I recommend to take your time with it)

Buying from Brick Me was an amazing experience. From the moment I placed my order, everything felt smooth and easy. The website was simple to use, and I quickly uploaded my photo without any issues.

When the kit arrived, I was impressed by the high quality of the bricks. The instructions were clear, and building the portrait was a lot of fun! seeing the final result come together was honestly really special.

I recently purchased a custom design for my girlfriend and we love it. The creator on their page allows for fine tuning ur desgin just how u want to have it. The bricks are very vibrant in color and the whole thing finished looks great.
It was also delivered directly in time even though i love in germany.
Overall great experience with brick me. Will devenitly buy again.

I ordered an item, dispatch date was missed, was informed of new dispatch date, and this has passed and they have gone radio silent. The tracking option shows no updates.

Total disgrace, total disregard for customers and terrible service.

Initially, I thought Brickme was a fantastic thing, and I have told so many people about them; now I regret this and am pinging them all not to bother ordering from them.

I recieved the order in 5 days (Belgium). Looks like what is promised. Love it!

Det er en meget intuitiv hjemmeside, hvor det er nemt at uploade og redigere på ens valgte billede. Desværre synes jeg prisen for levering er i overkanten da man skal være opmærksom på at de sender fra Australien og derfor kan man nemt risikere at skulle betale told og afgifter (som ikke er inkluderet i fragt prisen) hvilket forhøjer prisen yderligere. Dette var jeg ikke selv opmærksom på og synes ikke at de gør en særlig opmærksom på det ved betaling på trods af at man kan indstille siden til dansk sprog.
