Extremely negative experience. SCAMMERS

My investment is now delayed more than 24 months beyond original expectations. Delays can happen in development — that’s understood. What isn’t acceptable is the lack of clear, meaningful communication.

Updates have been non existent, offering little real insight into progress, causes of delay, or realistic exit timelines. Direct questions and formal correspondence have gone unanswered.

With no liquidity or resale option, my capital remains locked in an SPV while transparency has been minimal.

Delays are one thing. Zero communication and investor silence are another.

Based on my experience, I would urge others to think very carefully before investing.

Please reach out and connect with me and others if you have funds in Great Haddenham III or a related 'live' piece where the systematic removal of funds has not been completed.

Let us join together with the body of evidence now apparent this is an approach designed to enrich notable individuals and make paupers of so many of us.

i have invested over 6k over 6 projects all projects seem to always go into 100% loss trust me guys do not invest in this company iv invested in Investments Shrivenham = 100% loss, Tamlaght = 100% Loss, Great Haddenham T2 = 100% loss, iv got 2 more that are still live an should be ready for 100% loss next year som im not hoping for them to pay out

Invested over 6 years ago resulted in 100% loss. How is that possible... Well, it is not. This is certainly scam and I do not understand what is government doing by not closing down this joke of a company for such a long time. This is certainly criminal case. Reviews of others speaks clearly: everybody got scammed.

Do not under any circumstances invest through Brickowner.

I invested over £10k with them over a good period of years. A small amount in terms of my overall portfolio, but significant to me nonetheless.

My investments were highly diversified - in general around £1k each. With the exception of a small return at the predicted level on my very first investment, every single one has been entirely lost.

I will repeat that. Every single subsequent investment, in projects billed as expecting 25-40% returns, have been entirely lost. Half have already exited, and I have six left, all now with negative expectations.

To my shame, I have a (smaller) investment in the platform itself, via one of its funding rounds in SEEDRS/Republic. I don’t expect any long term return from that either, and this review won’t help. In the past I have defended Brickowner but no longer.

In my opinion, the entire sorry set up needs investigation. Some very ugly legal words come to mind which I had better not use here.

I will just say, unless you want to simply lose your money, do not go anywhere near Brickowner.

One to avoid I would say. Great presentation and even pretty impressive web site and investment platform etc - but the reality does not stack up. Lost 100% of my last investment - somebody made money somewhere but I was never able to find out who - and thank god I was not taken in by the constant calls to take on further investments. Gives the whole industry a terrible impression. Zero stars from me.

As of 25/8...Still no communication from Brickowner, despite almost daily requests. Also, absolutely no income in the form of interest has been credited to the account - and no reason given.
It is beginning to feel more and more like a scam.....

First all the deals started falling apart, then the website stopped letting people log in. Not one word from anyone at the company.

Latest project to be essentially in default is Haverford West - developer has stopped and loan is due for repayment in August 2025. The MD has stopped responding, as others have reported. Has anyone had even one positive redemption here?

Shrivenham Investment - The exit date is July 25. What is happening with it? It seems to be taking an awful long time, and no projected performance review. I am very anxious and have invested on behalf of someone else. Other property investment platforms provide a clear statement of projected interest due.

I cannot even log in now, and their support team do not reply.

WARNING - Do NOT invest in this company.

I made 4 different investments, all 4 are years past the original committed timeframe, 3 are looking like I'II lose 100% of my original investment, the 4th I got my original funds back after several years (with no gain)

Most investment are not perform in fact stream of Losses and to make matter worse No updates and system dont allow you to log on !!! and Officers has no clue and unhelpful You better up giving to charity DO NOT INVEST via this company unless you are ready to forgo all your investments!

Highly recommended if you want to loose the money you entrust them.

Prefer to rate it zero stars. Behind the scenes shenanigans means no one can be trusted. Investors are left powerless. Enquiries ignored or fobbed off. Every investment a failure. Most a total loss. Would be less painful to burn your spare funds on a bonfire.

To all previous investors and potential new investors, do not put forward any money without reaching out to others of us who have invested.
Please use the power of search engines and join with others who are now seeking to redress the information balance as Brickowner shown themselves to be weak on financial management and representation for us as investors. Today, received a reply basically reneging on any culpability in how the marketing simply did not live up to any of the potential.

I invested in 4 projects in 2018-2020. 50% losses as of today, but I no longer expect to recover anything

What a joke of a company. 5 investments made 5 years ago. Nothing paid back yet. All delayed and the first one with a predicted loss of 100%.

UPD Nov 2024: It feels like boiling a frog; they've also restricted all information for users who aren’t logged in.

SCAM - This company is nothing short of criminal.
No sight of money 5 yrs after investing for a simple renovation. Excuse after excuse. Death by a thousand cuts. No transparency of how the funds have been used.
Will start legal proceedings.
