Paul made an emergency call out to my unwell vulnerable 81 year old mum on a cold day when her boiler had stopped working. He was friendly and helpful and came within 2 hours. Excellent service - we’ve used Brighton Boiler Man Ltd several times for radiator replacement and boiler repair - Speedy, great value and we highly recommend them.

He installed a completely new boiler system for us, including the flue, radiators, and all new copper pipework. It was a challenging job that others had turned down, involving drilling through reinforced concrete in a seventh-floor apartment block, but Paul took it on without hesitation.

We had just bought a very run-down flat with plenty of building constraints, so nothing was straightforward. Paul arrived with a great team, worked efficiently, and did a really high-quality job, getting our hot water and heating up and running before Christmas, which was such a relief.

He was clear in his communication, totally reliable, and genuinely easy to have around. The workmanship was excellent and very reasonably priced. We’d happily use him again and we highly recommend him.

My boiler died at the same time subzero temperatures landed outside. Paul, Colin, and Lewis rapidly sorted me out a new one. Lovely people and great service.

We found there was a mis-understanding on the water cylinder one day before the installation day but impressively, he suggested another model and swapped it in the next day without changing the planned installation date.
