Exactly what I was looking for, a well made, straightforward patch box for my pedal board. Even in their standard range they have a good selection of various configurations. It is nice an compact so fits neatly beneath my pedal train board. You can even specify what the enclosure and label colours. Had never heard of these guys before, but very glad I found them. Great little product. They build some really useful kit when it comes to pedalboards and on stage setup, and it doesn't cost the earth.

A really good quality switch pedal. Made to order in quick time and perfect for the job I need it to do.

Huge number of pedal types, options, and colours including led colours. Must be hand made, arrived very quickly and does what it says on the tin.

I arrived with a weird custom order, and they not only accepted, but improved the device with minimal extra cost.
It work perfect and have eliminated problems with phase and noise I had with my previous own'made device.

I like the product and the good ratio price/quality. I am super happy with that.
What really disappointed me is the shipments, and more especially the importation costs to Switzerland which was not mentioned at all. The shipment itself doubled the price of the pedal, the Swiss state added a small VAT (like 5€) but UPS brokerage fees were crazy (approx 35€). The 25€ pedal became 90€ at the end of the day... I would have appreciated being informed of these extra costs (UPS brokerages fee, which was totally unexpected and disproportionate) in advance of the order.

I've bought various bits over the years and they've always been top notch.

I often find myself thinking "I wonder if this switcher/looper/thing exists?" and find that Bright Onion makes one that's really good quality and not horrendously expensive.

I always recommend them to people.

Got a passive loop switch so I can bypass my entire pedal board when I want to just go straight into my amp. The quality of the build is exceptional, and the delivery was quick.

Always helpful and great products

Bright Onion are the best company around for all of the unsexy stuff you need to make your pedalboard incredibly sexy. I've bought cables, splitters, kill switches, and all sorts of other bits from them in the past and I've never been disappointed. Great customisation options and colour choices too.

James was great and the pedal is great. I can’t recommend this enough, if you’re looking for a pedal to run 2 amps then this is the one. Best option for a budget, more options than the orange and cheaper than the big shot ABY.

Fast response. When out of stock, he offered me a blem unit cheaper. (Still looking for the blem).
