Ordered the 3 panel Iron Maiden wall art and wasn’t sure what to expect. What I received was magnificent and totally exceeded expectations. The artwork is superlative and the colors pop great!! Highly recommend!! WELL WORTH the wait!

Ordered art work for our new building in Phoenix. Here we are 20 days later and I still have not gotten my order. Tried called them, but no one answers the phone. Sent an email, no reply.

Can't say anything less then top quality customer service. I ordered a expensive rug and when receiving it I noticed I needed the indoor/outdoor material and 1 simple email and instantly not only did they make it right but also let me donate the original rug to my local boys club. This was over the top first class Service and there images and quality of the photos on these rugs are nothing less then amazing. Great Job brightroomy.com you will forever have my business and I advise everyone else to do the same. You can't go wrong spending your money with this 5 Star company

Our 5 panel picture arrived within 3-4 weeks. The picture quality looks great however the frames are very cheap and will not lay flat on our walls. One of them is bowed so much we are going to have to use a double sided tape to hold it down😩. They are also not straight. For $300 this should not happen.
After contacting the company the customer service was very responsive and is sending two new panels. Since they were so quick to respond I will change my rating to 5 stars😀 thank you to Bright and Roomy.

Bought my son a 5 piece multi-panel Harry Potter canvas for his room. It's incredible artwork. Unique. I've never seen the image anywhere else. It was packaged carefully, lightweight and perfect. Bought a deathly hallows/ stag rug to go with it. The material is lightweight and easy to clean. Very comfortable for us to sit on and play toys and boardgames together. I love B&R products. I will be purchasing again in the future. Thank you

I reached out to Bright and Roomy a month or so ago with a vision for my son who is obsessed with NFL football! Not easy to find NFL football bedding in Canada - he wanted a duvet with all the team logos, after chatting with Bright and Roomy they were able to create a custom duvet NFL pattern and sent me a picture of their ideas! It was exactly what my son was looking for!! The communication was always professional and quick replies, reassured me with confidence that my package will arrive in time for Christmas! Once it arrived, I was blown away with the quality and colours!! It’s absolutely perfect and I cannot wait to surprise my son with this bedding set for Christmas!! I will definitely use Bright and Roomy again and pass along their information to all friends and family!! Highly recommend using this company!!

This rug is perfect for our little one ! It’s nice and soft and you can throw it right in the washer ! She’s just learning to crawl/walk so this is perfect for little ones or for anyone who needs a rug they can wash in the washer, very convenient. We’re happy with it !

Very high quality products, shipping does take slightly longer but soo worth the wait!!! There customer service is very responsive and helpful I used Facebook Messenger to contact them. I will gladly purchase again in future knowing that they have really great customer service. Highly recommend!!!

Update: Quilt received. Shipping parcel select makes it extremely difficult to track because although a shipping label was made (Jul 14), the item did not move until July 22, coincidentally that was during the same time frame as the dispute. NO ONE in the company advised that the shipment would arrive in 2 separate packages until AFTER I disputed the charge. Not 1 single time was I notified even when I contacted the company prior to filing the dispute as it seemed shipping was at a standstill. When your shipping policy is in excess but the label is made and takes another 2 weeks to be picked up by your shipping partner, resulting in a stagnant state, perhaps the answer is to find and use a more efficient provider. You cannot simply tell a consumer “soon”. Soon is subjective and has no basis Had this company been upfront and transparent at the onset, all of this could have been avoided. Quality is even worse than the rug. Paper thin and not sure how this company justifies this as a quilt. Would not recommend. There are simply better places to shop. Etsy is one, Amazon etc. I tried to support this business but their lack of communication and professionalism is unacceptable and unsatisfactory. I stand by my original review.
Original review: Ordered 2 items, received one, inquired about the other (waited 2 days) no response and filed a dispute. Literally moments later was contacted by Ryan who instead of providing me with another tracking number (emailed me that the item would arrive soon). Completely unprofessional, dishonest, rude, and tried to rectify the situation by threatening me to reverse the charge back instead of simply admitting their mistake. Phone calls go unanswered and don’t even bother leaving a voicemail because they won’t return it. Now he is scrambling to send me an item that should’ve already been sent. Complete waste of time and by the way these rugs are so thin and definitely not worth the price. But hey, we love our dog and so we kept the rug. Still awaiting the quilt.

The rug I purchased did not work for us in the bedroom but Bright & Roomy let me return the product with full refund. I greatly appreciate this and that they stayed in contact with me during the whole time.

These guys have gone above and beyond for me - Australia Post lost my parcel and Bright & Roomy sent me a new one free of charge no questions asked. They’ve been amazing with communication and getting this awesome rug to me - it came today and it is EXACTLY what I wanted! 100% would use them again, thank you!
