Bright!Tax has provided me with excellent customer service and patient advice over two tax seasons. I plan to use their services again next year.

BrightTax is very detail oriented and I started using their services when I was an expat. I have moved back to the US and continue to use their services.

The BrightTax team is very prompt and organized in their dealings. They also plan things really well and I am impressed so far.

I feel they are a bit expensive but still reasonable given the complexity of what they have to do!

So easy. Before BrightTax we were using a local Australian tax specialist who charged 10x the BrightTax fee to provide assistance with US taxes. BrightTax provides clear informative support for a very reasonable fee. We've been using them to file US taxes on time with no issues since 2019

This is my fourth year using BrightTax. A fraction of the price of the European experts I was using. Everyone who's worked with me at BTax has been organized and professional, while at the same time friendly and helpful. I'm a proper procrastinator, but they're always calm and reassuring. They have had no problem working with my Spanish tax advisor, which has made the process easier every year. I'm already scheduled for next year.

They have simplified the process. Everything is done online (unless you miss the last deadline, but we made it) and it is easy to do through all the paperwork. Just one foot in front of the other and it is easy to get through it all. This is my 3rd or 4th year with them. They are also very helpful in answering questions, I have had. The guys at Bright!Tax do great work with all kinds of international tax. Their rates are extremely fair, and the quality of the work is very high.
