Booked cleaner for arrival at 8.30am and the cleaner arrived right on time as scheduled. We did a walk through and I left him to it. The cleaner provided me photos before he left and he left the keys in the letterbox as requested. When I went later that day - the cleaning he did was impressive and the house smelt amazing. Carpets were steam cleaned to a high standard. I highly recommend this company.

Brightzone Cleaning company have exceptional cleaning standards, carpets came up like new, friendly cleaners who took great pride in their work, adding outside windows on the day for good price, great communication and very professional. I was very happy with our end of lease cleaning.

I was happy to see the large muscular felow arrive thinking he must be a hard worker. Strange though, I was suppose to get a" team " $650 and the guy stayed less then 5 hours. Didn't do everything he said he'd do on the list. Kept asking extra money for things listed in the agreement and already paid for. demanded money up front demanded more as he went. Going to talk to do.ain name provider. Positive reviews are likely a scam. Job was done terribly... well organised criminals, don't let them in your home.

End of lease cleaning Work was excellent. We are so pleased that they were on time and finish our house. Our agent gave our full bond back. We do recommend them to all public and our friend for bond back guarantee cleaning.

They have handled my property beautifully and thoroughly cleaned with latest equipment and harmless chemicals. Awesome! What an immaculate cleaning done by Jass. Jass's team were fantastic, communication level was extremely professional and they have done marvelous job. Punctual, Reliable, Trustworthy, Affordable and professional, I was surprised to seeing their mannerism in cleaning, they have detailed from top to the bottom and corner to corner. eventually I have got the my security amount back just because of them and didn't bother me at all. Thoroughly cleaned the property all the area covered like kitchen's range hood, top cook, splash back, table, inside & outside cupboards, Air vent checked Carpet steamed, bathroom's tiles checked glass mirror, inside windows, toilets and all rusty area as well! I am extremely happy today that I have got my bond back. Few weeks ago I had to leave country due to pandemic and I spoke to the property agent regarding my bond back, they said you need to do end of lease cleaning of the property then we will transfer bond into your account if it is thoroughly clean otherwise we will use your bond to re clean, one of my friend Taj helped me to find a experienced professional EOL cleaner they have done tremendous job over there I really appreciate Harry & his team for unbelievable job. I know it’s not easy when you left the country and somebody done the job for you without being there.The manager arranged the pickup of the keys from the agent office first & then cleaners done clean at my place.The agent was so fussy he brought three small faults in cleaning but only one email I made to Brightzone but very next day they send the cleaners back & fixed those small issues & return the keys back to agent.They were fully aware that I am not in Australia even then they gave be best service as they promised me. I can’t say that I would use their services anymore as I dont live in Melbourne anymore but my best wishes will be with them always. If I dont hire them then the agent definitely going to eat my bond money but hats off to their honest & beyond expectation service which force the agent to release my bond. Worst cleaning I have seen. I just purchased a property with Brightzone cleaning stamp showing they performed an end of lease clean. I have photos showing the type of steam cleaning they performed, which was non. Let alone the dirty cupboards, spiderwebs and not cleaned windows. I will be taking this further if they do not contact me and perform another clean. NEVER use this company

Team turned up on time and did an excellent job cleaning our house at a great price. Came home to a nice clean house. Have booked a regular service with him now.

I would like to share my experience hiring cleaners from Brightzone cleanibg for my Investement property. The Tanent’s left the place was a nightmare but the way both Khanna & Sidhu clean the dirtiest place to a brand new look win my heart. I was thinking of hiring painters to paint the walls. But I don’t know what product they use and just in $100 extra they clean all the house walls which is now no need of repaint. Bathrooms & kitchen oven was the big issue and now they look shiny and clean. My new tenants will be glad to live in a neat & clean place.

We engaged with Brightzone cleaning this year.The cleaners come twice a week to clean our office. We have had no issues cleaning has been consistent & upto the mark as we expect.Our staff is very satisfied with the cleaners work and we have noticed a big change in cleaning standard as compare to the previous company. We do recommend them if anyone needs office cleaners.

I hired Brightzone cleaning A week ago for our office end of lease cleaning. They completed the job in a timely fashion with excellent standard. The girl quoted lower price then all other companies I called which I was quite reluctant to go ahead with. But they stayed true to it even after going above and beyond by cleaning an area they hadn't quoted for. The cleaners were polite and punctual and their entire process felt extremely easy. I will definitely be using them for my house cleaning and as they said they have seperate team for weekly office cleaning whom I would give chance to clean our new office.

Very professional people who gave me an affordable price with full bond back guarantee. They also clean our office as well. Our staff is very happy with the cleaning. It’s very hard to find perfect Canopy cleaning company in Melbourne.Previously I hired 2-3 canopy cleaning companies. But, they were unable to provide good clean, they couldn’t remove all the grease from the canopy hood. Last month, I had taken canopy cleaning service from Brightzone Canopy Cleaners and they did fabulous job on my range hood, ducts & exhaust and now it’s seems like a new canopy hood. Stainless steel shining again. Am very happy to recommend Brightzone to any who is looking for Canopy Grease Cleaners.

These seem to have 4 plus star reviews on many review websites and so hired them to complete an End of Lease clean. They asked for money up front which at the time didn't sound alarm bells and it became a harsh lesson learned. The price was a premium price as well over 500 dollars for a 4 bedroom house. The first time they came to the property they didn't clean cob webs out of rooms, surfaces in wardrobes, the floors they moped were still dirty, they cleaned kitchen benches before cleaning the oven and range hood, and placed the dirty range hood and oven grills on the previously cleaned surfaces, they preceded to not clean the oven and leave all the dirty stuff on the benches, dishwasher wasn't cleaned either, I would liken the clean to a poorly done fortnightly clean you might pay $100 for. when asked to return they did and were given a list of things they needed to complete, they returned with only a cloth and surface wipe, wiped the surface and tried to leave when they were stopped they went back in and moped half the floors. we failed the inspection and when confronted they refused a refund and said they would return. I gave them the inspection report detailing the things needed to be done. The owner saw them enter the property and clean nothing. this leads me to believe at no point did they intend to fully clean the property only feign commitment, until you give up and stop hassling then for a refund. I don't recommend there incompetent team for cleaning nor their management who tried multiple times to tell me the reason we failed the inspection was because the house was old and beyond cleaning, don't know how the age of the house stops a cleaner from dusting surfaces and cleaning cobwebs.
