My son has LOVED his school experience with BRILLIANT MICROSCHOOLS. He is happy, confident and getting an amazing education!!!! Can’t say enough.

I absolutely love Brilliant Micro-school! It is a great place for customized learning in an emotionally safe environment. The teachers are thoughtful and attentive.

This is my daughter’s second year with Ms Kat Showalter. She is in a 6-8th grade class. Her teacher is always easy to reach, prompt with communication, and seems to have a very good understanding of each student's learning style. Her weekly updates keep us informed about what they have done and what to expect. My daughter is always eager to log on in the mornings and her school stress has pretty much disappeared! I’m not sure my daughter will ever want to return to brick and mortar school, and it’s nice to know this is an option through high school if we choose that route.

Amazing teachers with excellent teaching methods!

They have a wonderful and supportive staff. The parent support team is great at helping out with any problems or questions. The teachers are so good at engaging the students via online meetings. I was skeptical at first, but my research led me to them multiple times. I am so glad we gave BMS a chance! My kids were not thrilled with school, but after only a few months we saw a huge change in the excitement and determination they both show when it comes to their learning path.

Teachers and parent support were excellent. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and supported. Great experience!

We couldn’t be happier with Brilliant Microschools (BMS). It’s been exactly what we needed for our neurodivergent child.

From day one, BMS has been incredibly supportive of our son’s unique learning and communication needs. Seemingly, I’m the only parent who sits alongside their child during class, and BMS has completely embraced my being there to provide the additional support he needs to fully participate and learn.

What I love even more is the culture they’ve created among the students. Every “friend” has their own unique way of learning, communicating, participating, and engaging - and differences are simply accepted. The other children don’t tease, judge, or make my son feel different because he communicates or participates differently. Instead, they include him whenever possible and give him the space to engage in his own way. That kind of acceptance means everything to us.

And because of that support, our kiddo is learning things I honestly never imagined he’d be learning right now - fractions, geography, social engagement, and so much more. I genuinely feel like he’s learned more in 3 hours a day with BMS than he did in 5 years across our previous public and private school experiences.

I LOVE the curriculum. I love the activities. I love the flexibility. I love the engagement. Most importantly, I love that the “friends” are met where they are while still being challenged and encouraged to grow.

And Mrs. Kelley is absolutely amazing. She’s one of the most patient, caring, and compassionate teachers I’ve ever seen. You can tell how much she genuinely loves her students, and it’s equally obvious how much they love her. Watching our son engage, participate, and learn with her has been such a gift.

I’ve already recommended BMS to several families, and I’ll continue to do so. I truly believe the way Brilliant Microschools delivers education is what the school experience should look like: supportive, flexible, engaging, individualized, inclusive, and safe.

This program has been life changing for my daughter. Her anxiety made going to a brick and mortar school a nightmare for her. We tried another online program but the schedule was complicated with lots of asynchronous work. Brilliant Microschools and specifically my daughter's teacher Ms. Zurcher have been phenomenal. My daughter has absolutely thrived in the past year that she has attended. Thank you for making it possible for her to enjoy school for the first time in her life (she's in 7th grade). I only wish we had found Brilliant Microschools earlier!

My son just started 2 weeks ago and he loves it! His teacher is great. I did my research regarding this school and I was happy I went with Brilliant Microschools hands down the best decision I did for my son especially since this is my first time homeschooling one of my children.

We love Mrs. Rivera and her approach to teaching we are grasping all of the concepts and having fun while doing it. I would highly recommend brilliant microschools to anyone and everyone who asks. Love this program so much!!!

We really enjoyed the classes. He needs more person to person interaction. The computer connection was glitch ing 2 or three times a day.

We needed a short-term learning option for our son, who has autism and is cognitively advanced. EVERYTHING about BMS was excellent-- the communication (right from the start), the clarity of the programming, the price, and the teachers. We were very happy with the experience, and this is coming from someone with 25 years in the field of educational administration and teaching in the public sector. Our family HIGHLY recommends BMS.

My experience with BMS was extremely disappointing. My daughter was enrolled in 5th grade. She got nearly straight A's the entire year. We were told by her teacher she was doing amazing and wished she could have 10 students like my her. My daughter stated to us she was not learning anything and felt like she wasn't being challenged. We spoke with the teacher about this multiple times but were reassured the work would get harder. She completed Spanish 1 with an A yet knows no Spanish. She can't tell me a greeting, a month on the calendar or a day of the week. I had to teach her long division myself. She started at a new school for 6th and after taking her placement test we learned she had to repeat the 5th grade. Upon informing BMS of this, their response was to send me her report cards and say we could have pulled out at any point if we were unsatisfied. They blamed being in a different state and a difference of curriculum. They refused to refund any money and had zero accountability. Beware of this school, I cannot recommend them to anyone based off of our experience.

BMS has been amazing for my son, who had some medical issues when he entered the school and was recovering after a major surgery. BMS patiently assisted him in rebuilding his confidence, self-esteem, and skills towards reintegrating and completing his high school diploma. We have had an amazing experience with all the teachers and administrative providers. My son loved the classes,structure,and the patient support and clear communication with parents and student. Thank you so much BMS for all the excellent support and qualiy teaching you've provided to my son.♥️🙂

BMS WAS AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE AND IF MY SON CHOOSES TO ATTEND HOMESCHOOLING AGAIN THEN BMS WILL BE NUMBER ONE

Brilliant Microschools gave our child an engaging experience in a small class when in-person school was not working out due to medical issues. Our child liked the teachers very much and we appreciated the project-and mastery-based learning approach. BMS was very accommodating of our child attending for just the last few months of the year and designed a custom summer program for credit recovery for two classes. I would recommend it to any parent looking for a live instruction alternative to a brick and mortar school!

The school has such a positive and nurturing environment, and we feel incredibly grateful to be part of this wonderful community. Highly recommend this school to any family looking for caring teachers, supportive staff, and an exceptional educational experience!

Excellent communication along with teachers. Your child will have small classes and receive that one on one attention.
