Was very skeptical about the utilization of this until I spoke with Stuart and he broke down each step by step going thru ins and outs and giving me the proper information. Upon getting my device he once again reassured tha my device was set and ready to go. Best decision made

Stuart from Clover Sales was absolutely amazing. When he first reached out to us, we honestly weren’t ready—we were still in the very beginning stages of purchasing the company. I told him to just keep reminding me, and he did exactly that. Every 1–2 weeks, he would send a friendly check-in text—not pushy, not annoying—just a genuine reminder that he was there when we were ready.

That consistency and dedication really stood out to us, and it’s ultimately why we chose to work with him. He kept us in mind without ever pressuring us, which says a lot.

So far, the Clover POS system has been working great. There’s definitely a learning curve, but overall we’re very happy with it and feel confident we made the right choice. Highly recommend both Stuart and the system!

Easy to communicate with and not an automated line, getting to talk to an actual human is worth everything now a days. They were quick and got me set up within days. Would highly recommend

The sales person Stuart at this company is highly knowledgeable about their products. They analyzed my needs from multiple angles and efficiently narrowed down the options across different brands and product types to find the most suitable choices for me. Stuart was super knowledgeable and very thorough on all details from the demo through the sale as well as follow up after. This is often the most important and overlooked part of any sale.

I was shopping several merchant account providers. Stuart came in and showed up BIG time. He was extremely knowledgeable, no fluff, explained everything in great detail and made my transition from my current provider to Brilliant POS & Clover a breeze. My equipment shipped out fast. Ordered on a Tuesday and I was unboxing on a Friday. My most liked feature is that Stuart will always be my contact person. If you've dealt with customer service reps then you know the value in this.
