NO STARS! Please do not order from this company. They will rip you off. I still have not received my order that I ordered 2 months ago and they are refusing to refund me. I have complained and complained over and over and nothing. They will rip you off. They need to be reported.

Don't order anything from this company. Like others, I ordered a painting pen+ 2400 pieces of diamonds from their website. I ordered on March 4th and didn't receive them until April 15 from CHINA. But, no pen, just a box of tiny, thin, and pathetic gems. They look nothing like the pictures on their website. I wrote to them and no response. So, I called my Visa card company and disputed the charge. Then, they started sending me emails after the dispute. It is a fraud. I got my money back in 2 days!!! Thanks to my credit card company!!!

I ordered a phone charger from these people on March 20th and payment was taken immediately. A week later they sent me a tracking number that was not active. After numerous unanswered emails, I finally got a reply on April 22nd saying my order is still being processed. After leaving a message on their Facebook page they contacted me and told me to just wait for a reply from my email. I got a reply back today and they said I have to wait another 14 days and try the tracking number again, and they blocked me on Facebook so I can't update my review on there. Please think twice about ordering from this company.

I placed 2 orders. No pen no instructions. It has been a month trying to correspond with them and they sent some cryptic message that does not relate to the 3 emails I sent to them. Not a good company. I would like a refund for my $25.93

DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I ordered two bling pen kits. Only received micro tiny plastic gems. Emailed company - no response! I should have checked reviews before ordering. There is a reason they have 100% BAD.

Really no stars. I have ordered the bling pen received nothing at all. I had customer support contact me back once and now they never respond I keep asking for a refund but no response they are horrible!!

I had the same experience as other buyers. Bought a bling pen, got a small box of cheap plastic gems. What a scam!

Don't want to even give them one star! Took almost two months to receive a portion of my order. I emailed them and of course have not heard back, it is a scam! Shame on Facebook for endorsing them!

They don't deserve one star because they are a scam I ordered the cracked nail fix gel they sent me 2 little containers no instructions nothing Inside was a sticky stinky messy blob of something which sticks to everything and doesnt ever dry. I emailed them and just got a standard reply tgat they are sorry I'm not satisfied with their produvt. Scam don't buy from them

I ordered the diamond embroidery pen. Received an item off them yesterday and it was just the gems. No pen, just a long plastic tube with tiny gems in. I emailed them and haven’t heard back.
That’s Brilliaire £15 for some tiny plastic gems that are useless 👍🏻

Total fraudulent. They appear to steal products from other sites and use as their own, they don't ever plan on shipping anything to you but since they have a fake shipping website IN CHINA, you tend to believe your product is shipped, their customer service is also fake although they answer emails, it's a standard delay in shipping apology. I COULD GO ON AND ON with the proof of deceit. IT'S A SCAM!!

I, like others, placed an order with this company in January. It has just arrived (1st April). I’m not even sure it’s what I ordered! What has arrived it a small sealed pot with no instruction for use. It could be anything!

I ordered from them back in January. Still have not received my order. I have requested a refund but I doubt I will get it.

Ordered and item from these scammers back in November. To date still have not received it. Contacted them on several occasions but no response. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE NOTHING BUT SCAMMERS

1 star is 2 much. They have very poor customer service. They tell you that you have recieved the item when you have not, and when you ask them for proof they wont ans or acknowledge any emails. I'm going through my cc today to get my money back, please dont deal with these you will regret it......

If I could give a negative 1 rating I would. 6 weeks and not received merchandise. Every time an email says it’s coming.

I ordered a nail repair kit on Jan 9th 2020 and I am still waiting for it. I have written to them and had replies mainly apologising for the delay and thanking me for my patience and asking for a little more time and then a promise that it would arrive in about 10 days. So another 2 weeks came and went and another email saying that the team will look into where the product is and please believe it will arrive soon. After another week I have requested a refund because it's been about 50 days 7 weeks. The reply was not an acknowledgement of my refund just another false promise of "it's in the post" . I don't want it now I just want a refund but there's no getting through to them. April 29th Just an add on confirmation of how bad this company is, still not any correspondence from them.Ooh well what next, any suggestions, or is this the way this company makes its money?

Ordered a phone holder for my car. Did not work, defective clip, so I contacted them to return item. While they have a set of rules about returns, they took a lot of time to respond to emails and asked for, example, the original shipping envelope, which came from a third-party supplier. So, no help from them so I'm stuck with a defective cellphone holder.

I ordered a nail extension kit. I got the extensions but not the gel required to use them. Their customer service email is non functioning. Stay away..........
