Why buy new? Bring it Back are just better.
A great range of products from some really top-tier brands. I wanted a very specific Patagonia jacket which Bring it Back had. The price was great, the service was prompt (2 day delivery) and I even got a free late 1980's football programme. The jacket is well worn, but there are years left in it yet. It's almost not worth buying new anymore.

The store you are referring to is Flans Kicks Cambridge, which is not our store. We sell vintage clothing and not footwear. We have a concession in the upstairs of the shop on the second floor but all of the shoes and the majority of items in the shop for sale is nothing to do with us.
Please DM or email us for any confusion or further information as we'd love to clear this up for you.
Further, we did not receive an email, DM or any type of contact from you regarding you coming to the store to sell us a pair of shoes. If we did, we would have said that we do not buy or trade out of the shop, as we do not staff the shop. It's Flans Kicks that buys and trades footwear out of the space and not us.
I am sorry to hear they didn't buy what you had for sale. We have worked super hard on our product and service, and maintained great reviews. We are a small business and negative reviews can be very harmful. I kindly request you remove this review. This Trustpilot is for Bring It Back, not a different brand or company, further you did not discuss buying and selling footwear with us prior to going down to Flans Kicks Cambridge.

I ordered a great Carhartt jacket from B.I.B and was so glad I did. The order process was easy and the delivery was quick.
My jacket came packed really well with a nice personalised note from one of the team which was a really nice touch.
