I did a lot of research and found Brio to be the best in the market. I was happy enough to buy the Trimmer V2, Pro Travel Case, Body Blade, Zero Blade, and Blade Box. You do the math on how much I spent! (And for the customer service team, if you want to follow up after this, yes, I have the order number for each and every product I bought from you!)
A couple of weeks ago, one of my length guards broke.
I tried to contact the support team, and apparently because the UK store is closed, I can't get a replacement, despite the full year warranty.
I still fail to understand what kind of customer service that is, but I would again emphasize, if you live outside of Canada and the US, never go for this trimmer!

I contacted brio 3 weeks ago and still no response from them. I bought the Beardscape because it was recommended by a lot of YouTubers but for the price it’s lot worth it and no help after their product went faulty on me!!

Excellent!! Bought beard trimmer from them a few years back and it still works , have bought a couple replacement blades but I will say their customer service has been top notch and it's no hassle of any issues with your product.

Excellent support and product
I love my Beardscape and the customer service is excellent. I chipped my trimmer head so I bought a new one, but I had an issue installing it.
I contacted the support team and they explained me what to do and ALSO reminded me that I still have a warranty. They then proceed to give me money back for the chipped trimmer head.
I've been having the same beardscape for the past 2.5 years and it's still like new!
Never again!
My husband and I went to Brio for our anniversary, a special treat. My husband had steak medallions which he really enjoyed. I had chicken caprese which I did not. The chicken was dry and everything else in the plate was tasteless. Our server was just ok, she did check on us but never offered to refill our water. I am only giving 3 stars because my husband liked his dinner, but I would never dine at Brio again.

Well made device is you’re using it “as is” but once you involve the smallest two guards you’re going to have an issue clicking them on and getting them aligned and getting them to stay on. For such an expensive product they should have found a way to have the guards securely click and stay in place. Brings down the entire unit.

One of the worst experiences I have encountered. Staff was too busy on the phone to care to help me. I tried to get staffs attention, just really disappointing. I won't ever shop there again and recommend others to avoid.

My blade was broken. And I contacted customer service. Sarah that helped me was a total service minded person. And figured everything out like a pro.

I regret purchasing Brio as the guards…
I regret purchasing Brio as the guards break easily and if you contact customer service they inform you it will take 4 months to receive a replacement. Awful, would definitely not purchase from Brio again!!
Scary issue
A few years ago a purchased the Beardscape Beard and Body Trimmer V1, and I have been very pleased with it.
Until tonight.
I was charging the trimmer to use it the next morning, when I was awakened by a frightening noise. It took a few second before I realised what was making that noise, and I found the trimmer, “switched on”, but with no light in the display screen, finding it almost impossible to turn off. It started smelling funny, almost like a burnt smell, and when I pressed the button to switch it off, the button shot out from the trimmer.
This was not the noise I was known with, after using the Brio for a few years. It was terribly loud, and as you can imagine I was frightened by the smell and noise, with no display, no button, finding no solution to turn it off.
I finally found the button and pressed it in, and after a few minutes I managed to turn the device off.
I loved the trimmer until now, but I am scared to use this particular device again.

Device function is good
Device still functions, despite not intended use by me...
So... I just had my first time with the beardscaper... and let's just say I used it in the incorrect fashion... having the blade FACE TOWARD me and carefully manscaping... Needless to say, my girlfriend exposed me for this incorrect behavior, and yet I got away with 2 painless tiny tiniest of nicks. I need to hand it to the team at brio... their beardscaper be safe as **** (the f word, Trustpilot censored me/told me it was inappropriate).
Great service and great quality
I had their trimmer for three years with no complaint whatsoever. The customer service is excellent!
Also, shoutout to Ellie N. (the customer service representative) who's extremely friendly and funny in her emails
No shipping information
I *can't* understand why they don't give shipping information. I have no clue when my product will arrive, today? A week? Month?.. I guess will sit and wait. Will edit my review after I receive any information.
