A bunch of cowboys rude staff had terrible experience when came back from holiday had to catch a bus back home

Appalling - zero stars is more appropriate for zero service.

I booked at short notice as I was delayed getting back to BRS. Website accepted the booking and sent a confirmation, and they took my money. I downloaded their app and there it was, my booking - confirmed.

Then, within half an hour, a pop-up saying my booking was cancelled. I called them and was told "yeah, it's been really busy and we don't have any availability for your booking".

Well, refuse the booking and don't take my money then!!

I am even concerned that this is some sort of scam and so will be checking my credit card statements closely.

Avoid this bunch of amateurs.

DO NOT USE. They will not refund for a flight cancellation or diversion. Not clear in their terms and conditions as states you can make an amendment within 24 hours. They will keep your money and not provide the service. They do not cater for airport issues even though they call themselves an airport taxi service!! Awful customer service!

An efficient, comfortable and flexible service at a very competitive price. Highly recommended.

Terrible customer service and too expensive

I have used this company about 5 times. They are super reliable and their communication is superb. Always on time and lovely drivers.
Chatting to one of the drivers he told me that a rival company had been leaving bad reviews.
Please try and you will see just how good they are.

FALSE ADVERTISING!!! They are not the taxi company for Bristol Airport.
They just use the name of Bristol Airport to scam people!!!

I had used Bristol Airport Taxi company a number of times, they are not the cheapest but as were reliable & clean I was content.

Unfortunately last weekend their driver did not turn up for a 5.15 am Family Airport Run… and more importantly he didn’t call me or his Taxi Office; they did return my call message 10 minutes after scheduled pick up time and offered to send another car but that would take time and understandably I was annoyed, running late and by now had ordered an Uber.
The driver has apparently been disciplined for not following what appears a basic (contact the customer! ) policy after I’m told he had a mechanical breakdown

Would I use again?
Well I guess breakdowns happen but after leaving me stranded with no phone call I dared to call their service ‘really poor’… I was then asked ‘not to use us again for the lack of understanding you have shown us’ and my Airport return booking was cancelled!
(at least they eventually refunded my costs accompanied by ‘you got your way this time’. Charming. )

Make your own mind up but their conduct didn’t seem very Customer focused when THEY were at fault… in fact it was really poor!

FINALLY, a seamless way of getting between Bristol airport and back home - with drivers that are polite and can use their brains. One billion times more efficient than V-Cars, whose drivers leave clients high and dry if they don’t arrive at their confirmed pick up time (due to airline delays). Will definitely use again!

No other company can beat them on price and punctuality."
