I have been buying circulated coins to fill gaps in my collection. The Britannia coin company have a great selection of circulated coins in excellent condition. I live in Ireland and so collecting British coins over here is usually quite expensive but the prices on this site are very reasonable and shipping costs £15 regardless the number of coins I purchase. I usually receive the coins I buy very quickly and they are always securely packaged.

I've made two recent purchases from the Britannia Coin Company, primarily because the Royal Mint won't accept orders from US customers other than over the phone. My "hold time" cost me an additional $200 USD waiting for a Customer Service representative. The Britannia Coin Company has been very fast with processing and shipping.

Have used the Britannia Coin Company a number of times now and had excellent service every time. Items are well packaged and delivery is always very quick. The items I have purchased have been reasonably priced. I will certainly use again.

Very recently become a customer. Highly impressed by large choice of proof coins invariably well presented in their boxes with certificates. Purchases received next working day, very securely packed and tracked at no extra cost no matter how large or small the order. This company excels in standard of customer service and attention to detail.

It cost me £11.25 to send the coins I had for valuation. I was then offered £1.90 for them. They should provide a free service for valuation. The reason they say they don't is because they claim companies that do so get the money back by taking it off your valuation.😎 If you dont know anything about coins but genuinely would like a valuation you could end up out of pocket. In fairness to BCC they had the coins back with me by 10.30am the following day which i have to say was very impressive.

Bought the Royal Mint "The Penny Drops" coin from Britannia and very happy with my purchase and the cost (was actually a little cheaper when including delivery than RM)

I had to pay to return on item I was unhappy with and was not refunded the cost. The coin set had clearly been dropped with some force prior to final packing before shipping. There was damage to the inner packaging. A coin had shifted inside the Perspex case resulting in scratches to the case. On the plus side communication was good and shipping was fast and I got an undamaged product in the end even if I had to pay extra. Unfortunately as I had to pay extra to get the product I wanted it does not inspire me to use this company again. The quality of a company is shown by their response when things go wrong and Britannia Coins failed. It is unfortunate as now I will shop elsewhere.
