I have used Britannia Coin Company before and, as previously, my item was dispatched very promptly and is of high quality. They stock limited edition coins that are hard to find or have sold out elsewhere and in my opinion their prices for these are fair and reasonable. I am happy to use this company

By far the worst gold coin company I have seen.
Expect your orders to be late, terrible customer service with staff that lacks any intelligence or standards.
They also stop replying once you ask for a complaint procedure.

My reply:
It’s false that you have worked with me to resolve the complaint. Your promised an update on the complaint which never happened. You also failed to supply me with the call recordings that proves your staff lying on the phone.
My last email to max was over a month ago (16/05/2025) yet it remains unanswered. This shows your dishonesty in claiming that you have worked with me to resolve the complaint.
