Poor customer service
Figure posted out quickly. Went downhill from there. Disappointed with lack of response to two emails sent regarding issue I had. Purchase was not what advert led me to believe. Eventually got some action from them when I posted back item. Refund! Poor customer service.

I never received any emails from you, which email address did you use?
When I received the package back I promptly refunded you but it was the first I have heard of it.
I have checked my spam / junk folder and I cannot find anything.
On inspecting the item, there was nothing missing and it was exactly as advertised.
Do you have a copy of the emails so that I can check where it went wrong? I always reply quickly to queries when I receive them.

Lego is the size that it is and it is assumed that the buyer has encountered Lego before, the vast majority of our customers are happy with what they receive,
During our recent email conversation, you never complained about the size only that you thought that it was missing a helmet piece and asked for me to send it because you were giving it to your Nephew on Sunday which suggested to me that you were happy with it otherwise you wouldn't be gifting it.
I pointed out to you that you had ordered the carpenter without the helmet piece as we have two versions on our website.
I heard nothing more from you until you left this review.
I am always happy to accept a return for a full refund for absolutely any reason, please message me if that is something you would like to do.
