Used them once recently for airport transport and just booked again. All on time, very nice and friendly driver, booking system easy and they have support chat where guys help you in seconds to book all and price is guaranteed. Highly recommended. Will book again.

Fast and good
The driver was outside the hotel 15 minutes before departure, althougt it was 04:30 a.m. He was very polite and helpful with the lagguage. The price was really good. I recommend British Airport Riders to everyone!

Great Service!
Our experience with British airport riders was very good! The morning of our pick up they notified us that there had been an accident on our route to the airport, so they suggested we leave sooner than scheduled so that we would arrive at our planned time. The driver was professional and personable.

Driver was on time
Driver was on time, didn't put radio on had earphones in and was chewing gum which sounded like a cow chewing listening to this for a hour an half, drives you mad.

Fantastic. Right on time (Actually early and waiting for us). Driver was friendly and informative. Made our hour go by fast and fun. I hate to admit, but I have forgotten my driver's name, but we would like to thank him again.

Worst service ever
Worst service ever! Will never use this company again.
We waited in the airport for the driver for over 1.5 hour.
After waiting the first 10 minutes I called costumer service and was told the driver was parking and would be at the pick up point within 10 minutes.
Then as timed passed the story changed to the driver being on his way. Several times I was told he would be there within 10 minutes. We waited for over 1,5 hour!!
When he finally got there he wasn’t holding a sign or anything, he just stood waiting for me to call him.
I told the person at costumer service that this was unacceptable and that I expected a discount on the ride. On the phone he told me I would get a 10 pound discount on the ride. Afterwards I received an “apology” email and all of a sudden it was changed to a 10% discount on my next booking. As is I will ever book this company again - not happening!!
Don’t ever waste your money on them!!

We have taken steps to ensure that this will never happen again, and we have addressed the cause of this delay due to Storm Denis caused some disruptions as most of the Motorways were busier and slower than usual because of flood and debris along with accidents on the road.
We are sorry to hear that you don't want to take any of our compensation but we apologise for the inconvenience caused and we will improve our service on occasions like this in the future.
