I feel that I've been scammed. I needed to change my address on my driving license. The website claimed to do this for a fee of £39. However it turns out that hidden in the 'small print' on their terms and conditions it says that I'm agreeing to an ongoing £39 every month. I didn't realize that at the time and consequently I have now paid £390 and they have refused to return any money to me. The experience has left me feeling foolish and very angry.

It's a scam company after changing address online with dvla they take money out of account every month and have been doing for a year and I'd not noticed.

Scam company. They continue to take your money without authorisation and you will struggle to get it back. Do not use. Awful customer service.

Scammers. Like many others on trust pilot and changed my licence with this company and ended up paying £39 per month for 9months!!!avoid at all costs.

This is a scam organisation

Web site offers £1.95 look up but they then take £39 per month for 3 months without any right to do so. Won't answer the phone and stonewall any email correspondence. Tried to cancel and informed I am not listed as a user!

Due to carrying a car check for £1.95. They have subscribed me to a monthly subscription of £39. Total fraud and a ball ache to cancel.

Did an online car HPI check for £1.95. Have subsequently had 2 x £39 payments taken from my account. I did not sign up for any kind of subscription. They offer no service and just freely steal from your account. AVOID!

Scam company. You unknowingly sign up for a subscription. If you use them cancel it straight away.

Paid1.98 for a check on a car and now they have taken£39.00 from my bank! Of course no one answers the phone or the online chat.

Agree with other reviews, if there was an option to give 0 stars, I would! Company needs to be reported, taking £39 out my account monthly since January, for an address change on my driving licence. First scam, is you think you are on the DVLA website and then it automatically signs you up to a subscription. Why would you need a subscription for a one off address change, due to moving house!?

Still fighting to get my money back, they don’t respond to emails and calls get you no where either as call centre of which can only ‘escalate’ on the system

My stupid fault, they have taken for the past 8 months £39.,99 I have now asked for a copy of the agreement and details of how they got my bank account, as I know i never agreed to this, I have looked into this further I renewed my licence through DVLA ,somehow these scammers got my details and been charging me monthly,

This company are a bunch of scam artists! At point of sale nowhere on there website did it say I will be entering a subscription for £39.00 a month. I rang there customer service who implicitly knew the scam by how rude she was. The owners of this company should be imprisoned immediately. I'm will be notifying media about this.

Disgusting thieves of a company!!
I paid £1.95 for a vehicle check on a van I was buying. Since then I've had TWO payments for £39.99 EACH come out of my account. My bank are investigating and the police will be contacted. Shocking!!

Would give it no stars but I cant, steals and takes money from your account, no way of speaking to an actual human, no customer service at all, no way to even get hold of anyone, never used or signed up for anything, and I'm not the only one! Avoid avoid avoid

I purchased a one off HPI report for £2.95. A further 3 payments of £39 were taken. I did not sign up to any subscription!!!

Cancelled the membership and have lodged a dispute with my bank.

When I did an hpi check for my daughter before she bought a car I paid the £39 not knowing that your in a subscription and today went on my banking app to find that they taken another £39 so I rang my bank who have now put a block on there game because they took money out of my account without me knowing or signing anything so this is called theft and I will be getting this money back WARNING ⚠️ STAY CLEAR OF THEM

I payed a one off payment of £1.95 to do hpi check on a car as advised,two days later £39 came off my account and then 7/11/2025 another £39 is pending to come out.I never signed up to no monthly subscription so I have cancelled that subscription and started a dispute with my bank.This people are scammers and il advised anyone not to use them?
