As usual, BritishGram delivered on time. On this occasion they were next day. I did pay for delivery but expected it 3 - 4 days so they were excellent with their delivery time.

Quality Control Seems to be an Issue

Update: I've placed various orders with Britishgram since my initial review below, and haven't encountered any further issues - packaging could be improved; the boxes they use are sometimes not adequate for the weight of the contents inside.

I ordered over £150.00 worth of items; they were delivered promptly, but 2 items were missing and were only refunded once I contacted the company; I then later found that a pack of 12 sodas that I'd ordered had been delivered with one missing and another bottle of the remaining 11, empty (there was a small hole in the bottom). I contacted the company again, and found it difficult to get a prompt response first time.

I'm hesitant to order from British Gram again, but I wouldn't completely rule it out...

Absolutely discussed with this company !! ordered a specific brand of rice x bags received totally different !! They didn't contact me to say they were out of stock of what I ordered now im stuck with rice I don't want or like they asked me to return at my cost Not happy at all !!! Be careful what you order you will probably receive something totally different DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE ! USE A COMPANY THAT WILL CONTACT YOU TO SAY THEY HAVE OR HAVE NOT GOT WHAT YOU WANT EVEN THOUGH IT IS ADVERTISED !!!

Won't Be Back

Such a shame. I first used BritishGram 2 years ago, before the pandemic started. Since then, I've spent over £200 with them. Previously, I'd always had a good experience, until my most recent order. I had even left them a 5 star google review previously (which I just removed),

I purchase 3x cases of Rockstar Fully Loaded. I received 1x case of Rockstar Fully Loaded and 2x cases of a different (wrong) Rockstar flavour.

Upon contacting BritishGram they said it was a mixup with their supplier and as a gesture of good-will I coould "keep the rockstar drink as a gesture of goodwill." That's right, the gesture of goodwill being that I keep wrong, overpriced drink they sent me that I paid for ?! That's no goodwill gesture. They did offer me one case of Rockstar Fully loaded to be added on to my "next order"... That would bring it to me still having only 2/3 of what I actually ordered and paid for.

So currently I'm £33.98 down from this transaction STILL having only received 1 case of the drink I originally purchased. My most recent email was ignored.

All I can do is leave a review of my experience online and consider the transaction a lost cause.

Dont buy from theese con artists

Dont buy from theese con artists - first and last time customer with theese. First time delivery - damaged parcel. Second attempt - failed delivery due adverse weather but I see outside opposite its cloudy with some sun. Paid for next day delivery its already been over a week and they even dont offer delivery charges refund!
