As usual, BritishGram delivered on time. On this occasion they were next day. I did pay for delivery but expected it 3 - 4 days so they were excellent with their delivery time.

DO NOT USE for spain delivery

I think your customers in Spain need to know how much extra they will pay on import and handling charges, i ordered £170 of items and had to pay an extra €70 in charges, i think you should make it very clear on your site how much extra charges will be imposed, i know not by your company but people need to make an informed choice, there is no info on website that import duties will apply, only got that information after order was placed, having to fill out all customs forms to receive package and pay import duty and processing fee, they obviously know the process or am i the first they have sent to here? in the long run would have been cheaper to buy over here, and less hastle, will not be using again. trying to talk to them via website chat and still no answer after 30 mins? whats the point if no people are there to talk to!!

I paid for 2-3 express delivery package…

I paid for 2-3 express delivery package still didn’t arrive. Theres no change in a tracking number looks like parcel didn’t even left the shop. Big disappointment this time

Great service.

Delivered to Pennsylvania USA in no time at all. In great condition as always. I have ordered quite a lot from British Gram and I have only ever had one issue that was my fault but they sorted it for me no problem. So professional and efficient.
