After putting our house up for a sale with a local estate agent and have no interest or viewings we decided to change and sell through British home buyers. We wish we had done this from the start! They were very thorough and attentive, always checking in with us and we secured a viewing within a week of it being advertised with them( who then made an offer!) The solicitor they advised to use was also brilliant and helped us through the whole selling process.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Sold our house within a week after being in the market for 12 months with other agents. Great communication throughout.
Fallon was brilliant throughout the process keeping us up to speed at every stage.

We had a long and challenging selling process with many ups and downs, including delays due to the buyer’s fund availability. However, British Home Buyers especially Alex Clendon supported us throughout the journey in the best possible way.

I marketed our house after 2 failed purchases with confidence that they would get me an offer within 6 weeks. It was online for 3 months without a single viewing. Kept being told it was getting lots of likes and views but not a single enquiry. Three months wasted

After 9 months with a local agent and no offers, BH were able to secure an offer within 3 weeks! Not sure what magic they weave , but they definitely keep to their word.
Molly and Fallon were awesome. We had a couple of hiccups with solicitors, it was a bit of a headache at the time, but Fallon was always happy to liaise and chase up on our behalf.

Fallon was fantastic and a massive help when I had issues with my solicitor and getting everything through. She's been brilliant and can't recommend her enough.

The dedicated interest that each member of the team gave to us was exemplary. No question went unanswered or was too trivial to ask. Deadlines were kept, responses were forthcoming. Even when a member of the team was on leave, another took on the role and the process kept moving. Alex and Charles were both extremely helpful and attentive. We chose British Home Buyers after a local estate agent failed to send us any viewers over several months.
From start to finish all the BHS agents we dealt with with were always friendly, professional & knowledgeable. In particular, Charlie, Fallon & Robert.
We awarded 4 stars instead of 5 because the agency fees are quite a lot higher than other other local firms.

From start to finish my whole sale took 8 weeks, very available advisors, really filtered appropriate buyers for the sale, communication was open and clear throughout.
Would highly recommend and use again
