Hi Adrian,
You initially contacted us regarding the possibility of supplying our products in Northern Ireland, following discussions you had with a prospective customer interested in purchasing one of our hot tubs.
To clarify, you have never purchased or owned a hot tub from A5 Spas, and therefore your comments regarding the quality of our products are not based on any direct ownership experience.
British Hot Tubs is a carefully managed brand, and we are selective about the businesses and individuals we authorise to represent and supply our products. Following our interactions, we made the decision not to establish a business relationship with you.
It is disappointing that, following this decision, you have chosen to leave a negative review questioning both our staff and product quality, despite never having been a customer.
We stand by our decision regarding who we choose to work with and remain committed to protecting the reputation of our brand and the experience of our genuine customers.
