I regularly purchased a lot of supplements from this company - in 6 months, I’d spent £1007! I’d say I should be treated as a loyal customer. I’ve also recommended them to others. However, my last order never arrived - the tracking info showed that it never progressed at all. The company was also having issues with fulfilling orders while moving premises, so requested that customers email if orders were urgent so they could be prioritised. I emailed to request prioritisation as my order was for my mother’s cancer protocol and she’d run out. I received no response and no order! So, they don’t care about their customers after all. I emailed again asking where my order was and received a request to confirm the delivery address. A little strange, instead of just tracking the order and addressing the fact it hadn’t moved at all! Still no order, so I emailed for a second time. I was again asked to provide my delivery address! Utterly baffling! I responded stating that I’d provided it twice before, but received no response and….no order. I then emailed asking for a refund and….nada! Chris sends emails constantly deriding big pharma and pushing positive reviews of products addressing customers’ health concerns but could not care less, and actively shows contempt, for a loyal customer with terminal cancer!!! Do NOT believe for one minute that Chris cares about anyone, if he can ignore the constant chasing and desperation of someone trying to obtain supplements for a cancer protocol. My mother’s health and immunity deteriorated in the time she didn’t have supplements - something that I will not forgive Chris for - and I had to source everything elsewhere. My last order, by the way, was over £200 - not insignificant, but Chris couldn’t care less. I had to do a charge back via my bank to obtain a refund. Ridiculous, uncaring, sub-standard company, lacking any thought for customers. Please do not buy from this company and spend your money on ethical companies!

Been using this company for a while I've definitely noticed a difference.More energy better sleep anxiety controllable and I was experiencing health issues which from research I thought could be my vitamin b12 although my blood results from drs said they where fine I started taking the b12 and after two weeks nomore breathlessness,dizziness losing my train of thought or no more heart pulpatations. Great clean products l.

First time order from this company, seemed to be good quality products, however order took a lot longer to arrive than stated and when it did I only received 1 packet of supplements when I had ordered 3. I messaged them to ask to send the missing items, received an acknowledgement of receipt of the message 11 days ago but still no response from them. Have messaged again asking for a refund, do not appreciate this level of service from a company who has had my money but not delivered the products and follow up service - there is a statement on their website that says that due to increased demand they are in the process of purchasing a new warehouse and that there will be delays to both orders and to customer service enquiries, but you only get to see this once you have placed an order! They like to voice their opinion about other companies and their morals/underhand methods (which I don't disagree with) but from my own experience they are not doing a lot better! Be wary if you want quick and attentive service from this company at the moment.

2nd order and last, order not dispatched after a week so emailed them, no reply, tried again , no reply.
Using holland and barrat now with discounts and easier ordering.
I dont like being ignored its bad business when your giving people money ..

My favourite supplement company. Their vitamins are high-quality, and I noticed a positive difference in my health. The packaging is eco-friendly, and their responsive support team made the experience even better.

What else would you like from a supplement than it being fresh, pure, effective and, most importantly, bioavailable. The newsletter is informative and worth reading. Defo my favourite supplement brand.

At the moment l do have to only give 1 star . This is my first order with them and unfortunately my order did not arrive at my address , l received a email from royal mail saying it was delivered and a picture of the door ( this was not my door and l have no idea where it is ) l have sent 2 emails to explain the situation and up to now l have had no reply . I have looked for a contact number but doesn't seem to be one . I would very much appreciate it if someone could please contact me regarding the issue - this is not my fault it is royal mail and l would like British Supplements to rectify this .

Amazing products I purchased cordyceps and lions mane and after a week I feel really different more alive and alert and way more energy. Also there was a problem with royal mail delivery but I got in touch with there customer services and 2 days later my supplements were at my door. Thanks guys

Two reasons I buy from this company. Firstly, They do not bulk their supplements up with unwanted ingredients and secondly, they are a UK based business and we really need to get behind any company that chose to operate in the UK when it would be so much cheaper to supply goods from abroad. I purchased products to help someone and will be spreading the word about British Supplements. I would also like to warn other consumers about imposters who are trying to fake British Supplements under various company names. British Vitamins, Nutri nature, Mother Nature, Nutri Life supplements, Nature & fitness and Ayura. Please do not be confused. There is only one British Supplements.net

Cannot recommend British Supplements highly enough!! Most of my friends and family now also know about BS because why would I not share it with them after finding something good?

I have >10/15 different products at any given time and keep adding to my stack. Because they work. Massive compliments to the teams' services and ethos. Even more so -> the high quality and effectivess of the BS products .

Since being a customer and taking their supplements I have become stronger, more clear minded and focused, have better sleep, more energy and am more healthy. I even feel younger!

The best thing though..I suffered with anxiety for most of my life and it has almost completely vanished.

We are what we eat.
What we receive on the dinner plate in terms of nutritional quality from over-fished seas, depleted soil and everyhing else that comes from greed and ignoring sustainability (& accountability) does not compare to even 30 or 40 years ago. Whatever your diet, we now need supplements to stay healthy. Fact.
Do you own research but you will not find a better supplier for the money.

Been using them for years now and other supplements don’t come close.
So good that other companies try to mimic their packaging and website.

I have used british-supplements.net twice (this is not the website trust pilot link to but it seems to be talking about the same website) and had no issues with either the order, tracking or delivery. My wife takes epimedium and our previous supplier, and any others I could find, have hiked the price ridiculously for what is basically a weed extract. British supplements were a reasonable price, and turns out the quality is as good as previously obtained. I will continue to shop with them (the ultimate test of quality, price and service).

Great company excellent service top quality supplements

Been a customer for six years for products purchased monthly, they are outstanding for quality, service and integrity. It’s a shame some people are falling for fake sites or made up reviews. After six years not only is my RA improved I have also learnt about the junk out there so well done to this Company.
