This site is a joke, when you first join you win big, then that is it, after that it is a rip off, the two slot games I played nothing comes in on the win reels if it does it pennies, the bonus spins hardly come in you know they won't cause the reels just spin, and when you do get some winnings it takes ages to get it or they put it back whilst your playing and you don't notice until you lose and check and see it's gone from your pending status, when you ask what the problem is with paying out they come out with crap Oh we need you to upload your face photo again there is a problem with or it's your bank details, so I told them where to stick it joke of a site stay clear they love taking your money.

If I could go less than one star I would! I play a lot of online casinos and the withdrawal process for this one is a disgrace!! The casino has a great choice of games but when it comes to withdrawals the information they need is literally impossible to get because they change the name for each deposit so they are wanting screenshots of the deposit from my apply pay which is impossible because Apple Pay change your last 4 numbers for safety reasons plus they change the name for each deposit so you don’t know what deposit was made to this casino! Complete disgrace! I have played with about 100 online casinos over the years and this one is by far the worst! The information they need is literally impossible to get! I absolutely will be taking this further

Same as others. They had no issue taking my deposit and carrying on when you don’t win big. The second you are in profit they confiscate winnings.

They are still yet to return my full deposit and I am having to go through the bank for a chargeback.

This is a honest review from uk player I was so nervous I joined the casino with out even reading the reviews then I won 400 pound after depositing 120:00 I thought here we go another scam casino but I can not fault them from the verification process and everything else they have been spot on so any way I thought I will try and withdraw the 400 I won thinking am not going to get this there rather going to shut my account cancel the payment or not pay at all but I can honestly say I received my winnings 2 days later I put the request in on the 4th of may and I had the money in my account on the 6th the only down fall is I withdrew 400 and received 386.00 so there must be fees but all in all the casino from start to finish has been great crnt fault them at all juts make sure you verify your account and you should have no problem at all

This casino is a scam, I will contact RESOLVER for a refund, they took my winnings,... I won 2700 and this morning I only found 330 pounds... I played with bonus money from 20p to 3 pounds... according to the rules, they turned into real money... and they took that money saying I didn't follow the rules... They are LIARS and SCAMMERS... I had this experience with another casino, so you need to contact RESOLVER, file a complaint with evidence... and they will force the casino to return the money to the customer... people, don't be silent, fight for your winnings, don't leave it to the scammers...

So far not so good. I am really worried now that I have been scammed. This website plays under a lot of different domains including .com.

I think this is a scam. I have a £370 withdrawal that has been “pending” now for 72 hours. Every time I contact support they tell me it’s in a queue however there website tells me it takes 24 hours to withdraw. I am also a VIP player so as you can imagine I’ve spent a lot of money with these.

I have been trying to withdraw my winnings for more than a week now and it keeps getting declined and each time I go to support they feed me with nonsense to the point where I actually caught them out and to make things worse got disconnected from the chat, there was also a deposit I made of £200 which never went in… the amount that I’m unable to withdraw is £2,000!! So that’s £2,200 + all the 10s, 20s and 50s I deposited through out!
