14 day window?
Its a shame I wanted to return my items purchased as I didn't like them, I have one still in the original packaging and because I'm outside the 14day window I cannot even send it back for a partial refund or even an item swap.
I was not given an option or an alternative all I was told is a "nope strict policy."
Customer service needs to do better, I would have purchased a different item. Or even taken a partial refund upon receipt and review of the items.
What a shame
