Great prices! Courteous customer service! My gift recipients let me know that they loved their gifts!

Basket of goods was delivered on time and was first class in terms of quality, however the accompanying card didn’t make it.

I greatly appreciate the affordability of the products and the professional packaging.** I have recommended Broadway Basketeers to others...in fact, I became a customer after I received a lovely tower from a friend! I recently collected money from the office to purchase a group gift and I knew just from where to get it. Everyone was quite impressed with where their money went.
I appreciate more options and would love to build affordable baskets a la carte....especially if one of the items is blueberry yogurt cookies!
**However!! I was greatly disappointed that the greeting card message to the recipient was printed directly on the invoice. That was not professional. I had to purchase another card. Please fix this!! :(

I’m so disappointed! I just found out from my friend that while the cookies were delivered, my very personal and heartfelt note was not in the package. In addition, the sender listed was not me! My friend tracked down the name listed as the sender and the woman assured her she hadn’t sent the package. I don’t understand how this happened!

I love this company. I get reminders before Purim with all my addresses- I simply have to click a basket and can send to the same people. Their customer service is excellent as well.

I sent several baskets for Purim with Broadway Basketeers - one to Lakewood and the rest out of state (3 other states). They were delivered timely and received with rave reviews. BTW, I’m from Florida - found this company online. Will totally recommend and use them again. RNE

The order was delivered on time with free shipping. The price of the gift was cheaper than on comparable sites. The contents were okay per recipients, but they found a few of the items a bit weird and not tasty. Overall the contents were okay, as good as you can do by mail order apparently. If you get a basket that is not included in the category for the current holiday you will get a better deal. For example get a spring tower for Easter instead of a basket designated specifically for Easter. The difference is not discernible.

The gift was loved and raved about. Perfect.
