Ordered a watch, after considerable delay, they delivered the wrong watch. After 18 emails they finally replied that they were so sorry and would replace the watch with the correct model. Three weeks later a watch arrived....again, NOT the watch I ordered and paid for, AND this replacement watch did not work at all!! I sent email after email after email (they do not offer a phone contact).. They NEVER replied.....this company is as unreliable as it gets, please dont order from them and get taken for a lot of money like I did

The watch I received is a piece of garbage. Pictures on the site look great but the watch and the movement are totally disappointing. I have written to their "Contact Us" address numerous times in the last six weeks and no response.

Can I leave zero stars? Brodo is a shit company / scam outfit no doubt. I bought a Rolex Daytona 'clone' that took a month to arrive. We needed to go north from Florida for the summer, so I set the watch on an automatic winder and left for 4 months. When we got back, the watch was dead. Using the stem, I tried to wind the watch only to find the winding process gritty and difficult. The watch eventually started and I thought maybe it would work, but it stopped a few minutes later. These watches are garbage, and Brodo doesn't respond to emails. So beware!

If I could leave negative stars I would! I own a genuine Rolex Explorer II and wanted an "homage/replica" for days when I may not want to risk damage to my expensive watch. First they sent the wrong watch...and took two weeks of hounding via email (they have no phone contact), and said they'd send my the proper watch and to keep the wrong one. Ok I thought, they are trying to make it right. Took weeks of hounding again before they finally sent a replacement....also the wrong watch AND it doesn't even work. Now they are MIA and wont reply. I'd avoid them if I were you, I learned the hard way unfortunately

I purchase a 'faux' Rolex from this company and it arrived in a not working order. Have sent seven (7) e-mails and two videos outlining problem. NO RESPONSE!!
Do not do business with this company, like me, you will regret it!

This is a complete scam. Paid for the watch and nothing was ever delivered. Repeated requests, nothing. Total scam

Worst company ever NYC Chinatown watches for 4 times the price . Customer service is horrible. Shipping is horrible.

Received Day Date 40 platinum blue ice.100% Not what is on their selling platform.
1. Non platinum.
2.Dial not as they show.
3. Date window 2 mm of line.
4.Paper work of different model.
5. Hard to open wrist band.
All and all very poorly made .

I placed a order on May 3rd, 2025 and showed shipped out may 7th. Took 61 days to receive. I paid for expedited shipping. Once watch finally got delivered, opened up package and the watch box to discover that the Bezel would not rotate. Bezel is to be unidirectional which it will not rotate at all. I have 4 different emails with short video as Brodo requested but ZERO response. Do not purchase anything from Brodo as their customer service is ABSOLUTELY horrible and ZERO communication.
Very very disappointed.

I ordered two watches received one, which broke 2 days later. I never received the other watch, nor did I receive a refund. Still trying to get in touch with the company. This company is a scam.

J’ai acheté une montre soi-disant "premium" sur le site BrodoWatch. Le site est très bien présenté, se disant américain, mais l’expédition semble venir du Vietnam.

La montre a fonctionné 15 jours seulement, puis elle est tombée en panne.
Depuis, j’ai tenté plusieurs fois de contacter le service client pour un remboursement : aucune réponse.

Après recherche, le site est très récent, sans mentions légales claires, et hébergé via un service qui masque son identité. Il semble fortement peu fiable voire frauduleux.

⚠️ Je déconseille formellement ce site. Produits bas de gamme, aucun SAV, marketing trompeur.

Stay away from Brodo. I purchased two replicas and both within minutes the clasp broke. I reached out to customer service. They requested a video and then went silent. Waste of money! Stay away! Not worth a penny.

I waited for weeks and weeks for this watch, which was oversold for quality and looks. Mine finally arrived, and if I had had the chance to touch it, I would have set it down immediately. It is by far the biggest piece of garbage I have ever seen. It weighs nothing, and the bezel is so loose that it moves when your wrist does. I wish that were all, but to top it off, it isn't even the watch I ordered. The color was to be black with a white face. It comes in dark green with a glitter face.

Well I bought a watch from brodo it took much longer to receive it and when I got it I happily put it on my wrist i thought how beautiful until I noticed it not keeping time I emailed brodo and asked them why it's not keeping time they told me to turn the hour and minute dial clock wise 12 times to give it energy to keep Time well didn't work.also they sent me a 60% off promo code so I saw another Rolex I've had my eyes and so the promo code only gave me 20%. So I contacted brodo again and asked them why it's not giving me the full 60% off the replay was the price was 40%off already and they really only gave me a 20% off promo code SMH it's the classic bait and switch scam I know I don't like to be ripped off and either does anyone else also they rapidly change the price at first the watch I was looking at had a price of $419.00 then it changed to $905.00 this is I'm sure only one example of the way these people at brodo conduct business so I'd tell anyone who wants to buy a watch from them to think twice I could go to a flea market and bay $60.00 for the same exact watch

This is the same company as Gapfil a known scammer. When you buy from either the boxes come in a Brodo Watch box that is nice. The contents however were junk. I paid over $300 for a $25 replica - at the most. It stopped running the same day I got it! The company replied that it is in customs? HUH? What? No they do not reply at all. I was scammed
