They won’t refund me or send me a new product. Their delivery company gave my package to another company that left my parcel in the middle of metro city at a closed business. Obviously closed business. They just dicked me around and told me to figure it out with the shipping company that I DID NOT CHOSE not delivery time and date. Scam. Don’t buy from them

I have been trying to return an item going on 6 weeks now I keep on being told by email that it's being escalated up the ladder as if a simple return with issue these kinds of problems. The theoretical person I am emailing with is named Maria and I'm sure she's some Indian sitting in a basement somewhere. Please feel free to spend your money if you have no problem simply losing your investment

SCAM !!! don't buy from them

This is a scam company!! Immediately charged me twice for 1 item. Avoid at all costs. My Credit Card company are trying to recover the money.

This is a scam company. I ordered 2 coat-racks and they never arrived. And then they refuse to give you a refund. You then enter a stressful and difficult email correspondence where they fob you off with excuses and lies about the delivery, and steadfastly avoid repaying you. I have reported them to my bank who are trying to recover the money. They are fraudsters.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered one pair of the Helena Orthopedic Suede High Heels on 4/8/25 for an event on 4/24/25. They were not delivered until 5/1/25. Moreover, they were of extremely poor quality - very much like something you'd expect from a bargain basement store. When I called customer service to start a return for a full refund, their response was we'll refund you 15% ($7.29 refund for $48.62 paid for a cheesy pair of shoes that are going straight to Goodwill). Save your money! The advertised picture might look great, but I can almost guarantee the product won't be as expected and the customer service is about the same quality - poor!

Sent dollar store plastic sunglasses when I ordered bamboo frames with polar lenses. Customer service is a robot reply trying to convince me that they delivered what I ordered. Scam!

Terrible quality coathook. They offered me 30% discount if I kept the order. They then made me a final offer of 70% discount. I refused. They then said I could send order back for a full refund but at my cost. Finally they offered me a full refund and I didn’t need to return the goods.

I then get a notification telling me £55 of £65 is being refunded but not the full amount. I query this and now I’ve had a notification advising they’re refunding the £10 as well

These people are no better than scammers. Don’t waste your money and if you happen to do so be prepared to haggle to get any money back!!! You’ve been warned

Tracking said my order was delivered but it was not. Customer service was no help and said to check with local post office. Local post office said the tracking number was not associated with USPS. Customer service unwilling to do anything to resolve issue. Fairly certain this is a scam website based on other review I have read after having issues with my order.

Stay away from this company. I wish I would’ve checked them out before I ordered from them. I had a very similar experience as so many on here. I kept getting the same email saying that it was in transit. I emailed them a nasty Graham and told them that I could see that for myself. I wanted to know when my product would be there and if not, I wanted my money back. Then I got an email stating that they had re-issued another item without my consent. I told them I did not want their product. I wanted my money back. Then I received an email promising a refund within 10 to 15 days that didn’t happen either. This company is a scam. Don’t use them don’t waste your time or your money

Avoid buying from Bronlee at all costs. An advert popped up on my socials and I ordered one of the coat hooks as a present and it was the worst decision.

Item has not arrived and when I’ve tried to cancel and requested a refund all I get is the same reply saying here is a link to the tracking.

Products look great online but that’s as close as you will get to seeing them so please don’t waste your money and time ordering from Bronlee.

I would really warn people off using this company. Each time I ask for a likely delivery date for my purchase, I am sent a tracking link with the same message 'in transit'. Bronlee obviously has issues with their supply chain. Once the product leaves their factory in China and is shipped overseas, there is no communication. I wished I had checked them out before making my purchase. I feel liked I have been scammed.

Showed delivered Oct 5. Emailed that I had not received. They told me to go check the post office. Then low and behold, today, Oct 29 it shows up. Package has no label about who made these. Now I'm nervous to try them. Don't use this company.

I should have read the reviews before I ordered this, it has been over a month and I still have not received my items. I am going to put a warning on all social media outlets letting people know they are a scam and rip off.

Never received my product. 800 number only had a voicemail to email. Emailed several times asking for product then refund & cancellation. Finally promised a refund & instead they authorized another order without my consent! Total scam in my experience

I never received my vitamin D+ K. Will never order again from this company.

Terrible packaging!!! it didn't have any company name on the two bags that we got... Then looking at their return policy was " if" you are approved for a refund remember it is going into Europe and Asia packaging plants so it might take awhile!!! it sure took awhile to get to me... plus when I got them they were all stuck together....

Never received my product. It’s a scam. No tracking info in 2 weeks. Save yourselves do not purchase from this company.

Terrible service, I never recieved product but they are trying to say it was delivered ,it was not .
