Brownie Heaven Reviews 

Sadly I can't comment on the taste of the brownies as yet. I ordered for my son who is away in the forces. Paid extra for it to arrive on a specific day. It didn't and now he will be unable to get them until next weekend due to being on exercise. No refund offered for not fulfilling the specified date I had paid extra for. I appreciate it's a Royal Mail issue, but my contract was with you.

Don’t think I would bother again. £35 for a deep dish tart and it’s arrived with the sides all caved in due to being VERY poorly protected. I would have thought if you’re going to insist on sending a cake through the post (silly idea in itself) then the least you could do is put cardboard underneath the cake to make it sturdy and also around the cake itself. Was meant to be for a birthday cake but this won’t be able to be used now.

Tasted more like cakes than brownies. Quite disappointed considering the cost (over £40) a shame as looked lovely but taste was very underwhelming. Local bakers that I have tried have much more indulgent brownies available and I will use them next time.

I ordered the no rush option, I waited nearly a month. They did answer my email so I have given them an extra star for that. Out of the six brownies ordered, 2 were moist but the other 4 were dry, almost stale. Alot of money to be throwing brownies in the bin. Such a shame.

Don't take any notice of there pictures look nothing like it there just chucked in a plastic bag i ordered and probably rushed order as after payment it said i had opted in to a no rush order so they can send them whenever but i was going on holiday so emailed to tell them well they got sent last monday i got back today 11th august so been here a week i have just had one and nice but never worth money won't use them again and wasn't impressed after emailing to ask why they came after saying just send them anytime after i'm back to get asked can i basic prove i emailed

Non existent communication from this company, no reply to emails sent. I placed an order for a specific date and package sent out far to early, why offer a specific date if you can't stick to it.!!!! I suppose it is something going by other bad reviews that it was even sent out for delivery in the first instance.! Courtesy costs nothing, clearly this company has none!! Never again will I order from here, or ever recommend, Thanks for ruining my daughter's 21st Birthday.!!!!!

I received lovely Brownies. Bought for my partner's birthday. Arrived on date requested. I'm meant to be watching what I eat... I ate the majority in one sitting. No one else could get close!

Will definitely use again.

I was bought vegan pistachio white chocolate blondie as a gift , the product tasted minty looked under cooked and looked nothing like the advertised product I have never been so underwhelmed by a product

Bad experience sent emails got no response spent over 30 quid on six brownies and turned up over a week old

Brownie cookie dough variety ordered. Tasted old and of poor quality. So disappointed as ordered for a special occasion. Waste of money.

Over £100 spent. Very disappointed. Brownies and tarts were dry, under average, badly presented, seconds looking, sloppy and had a bad after taste. Mostly binned, will not reorder and would not recommend. Shame.

Where do i start? The whole experience was bad.. I paid nearly £200 pounds of brownies to be told that my order would be delivered a week after(official excuse was that the oven broke).. Wen i finally received the brownies they all came uncut on big blocks of slabs. When i questioned the owner she told me that if i wanted them cut it would be more expensive.
As for the taste they are re all extremely sweet and sugary which is odd as they are all made of dark chocolate and they are rocky hard.. Very disappointed so i will not be ordering again..

Terrible company - very unreliable

I ordered some brownies with an agreed date which was for delivery on the Friday for the Bank Holiday weekend. They did not arrive, indeed they did not arrive until Tuesday. This meant that the brownies were cooked on Thursday and not delivered until Tuesday. I have sent several emails and constantly tried ringing - nobody answers the phone and they have not responded to any of my emails. The box of brownies went immediately in the bin having been in a box for 5-6 days.

After having high hopes for this order/company I’ve been let down massively. First order and it took me many times to decide to put my faith in a small business I haven’t really heard a lot about…I regret it.
Paid for DPD to deliver the brownies as at my work we have issues with Royal Mail, these were meant to arrive today (Valentine’s Day) and I had a notification on Friday that Brownie Heaven had decided to ignore my choice of delivery option and just go with Royal Mail.
This resulted in the Brownies being lost within my work network which is the original reason why I choose not to use Royal Mail! So I’m gift less on Valentine’s Day and have had to buy a last minute gift from the supermarket!
I’ve sent one message, left one voicemail and sent one email since Saturday and no response at all. I appreciate they are closed on weekends but I highly expect they have seen my contact attempts and decided to not reply as they are completely at fault.
I will continue to try and get a refund from the company, as soon as I do I will not be using them again and I won’t be recommending them.

If you are ordering for an occasion or have a particular date in mind just don’t bother- if you are ordering just for the sake of eating brownies and don’t care when you get them it might be worth a go!

Ordered to be delivered on a specific day and it came the day after.
They arrived squashed and soggy and did not match the description.
I would not waste my money and wish I read the reviews before ordering.
I’ve emailed them but reading the rest of the reviews on here, I am not hopeful of any compensation.

We have ordered from here 3 times.

1st order (Pre-C19): Tasty brownies, arrived on time.
2nd order: (Pre-C19): Delivery slot booked for a specific day and confirmed via email (non-automated). Delivery cancelled on the afternoon it was due by email and rescheduled for the next day with no consulation. Was for a birthday, so had to go buy a cake, and was due to be out all of the following day. After many emails back and forth and a call, I eventually got a refund. Brownies never arrived so doubt very much they had ever been sent as advised.
3rd order (March 2021): Mistakes happen, so we decided to try again, for a birthday. Ordered 6 weeks in advance for a day before we needed them. Got an email confirmation, again non-automated. Day for delivery arrives and we hadn't heard a thing. My partner (who ordered) contacted them to query what time we could expect them as we had waited in all day so far (was about 3pm). Got no response. Gave up at 6.30pm and went and bought a cake.

Got a response the next day telling us we should expect delays and that we should have called UPS. It was news to us that it was being delivered by UPS - we had no tracking info. We were then told we should have ordered at least two days before we wanted delivery, despite having confirmation that the order would arrive on a set date - it was never communicated to us that the order may not arrive on the selected day, which had then been reconfirmed. (Since we ordered, they have put a warning on the site, but not communicated directly with customers who had already placed an order.)

Later that day, we got an email from the courier saying the now had our order. We got a confirmed date two days away. We asked the company for a refund and got a rude response telling us they had done everything they could. (All they had done was blame us).

The order then arrived a day before expected. Good? Not really when we were out.

When we finally got our order, the package was damaged. The blondies looked like they had been shoved hastily into the package and box. They were soggy and average at best - certainly not worth the cost.

We are still waiting for a refund or goodwill gesture.

I have been a quality manager for two national customer service centers (200+ people). I can honestly say that I wouldn't hire a single person from the Brownie Heaven customer service team as they all have been rude and unhelpful. They need a lot of training and some better policies.

We are not unreasonable. We know mistakes happen. A genuine apology and a refund for the delivery charge, or an offer to cover the cost of the birthday cake we had to buy would have gone so far, and would have turned the terrible review into a good one. Even the promise to change their delivery from a confirmed day to 1-2 day slot would be an improvement.

Don't order if you want these to arrive for an occasion. They won't. And the company won't care.

Ordered a bulk sub for my wife's birthday. So far she's been very pleased, brownies fresh and very tasty!

Brownies were very disappointing but the owner didn't like this honest criticism, instead was dismissive and snotty and got angry because I left a less than positive review. Unprofessionalism at its finest and you can get way better brownies for much cheaper.

Maybe it’s the slow postage during corona so I want to be understanding... but these brownies tasted old and really not nice. A bit disappointed!

Order came different to described on the website, and once I told them they said they had changed it, 3 hours later they changed the website to the correct info.

Avoid.
